This Yoga Studio is in a good location and close to where I live so gave it a try with their two week package. This is my second week and I've enjoyed several classes and teachers. They are friendly and helpful, I've only have gone to the early morning classes at 630am, unfortunately they only offer those early hours on Tue, Wed and Thr, and those are the hours I can go at this time during the week. Anyway, every teacher is different and they offer their own style but overall they give good cues on the poses. One teacher might be easy and slow while another one will take you to new poses and ways to get there. They do offer mats, towels as well as blocks, blankets and straps, all included and free of charge. The place is clean and they have one large room for the class. They offer their own app so you can check in ahead of time. They do not have showers or locked lockers and they have street parking, just so you know....
