I Initially posted this as 5 stars because they will bribe you with free weed to write a good review infront of them but after more experience with this shop I have to change my review, the discounts are cool but they pretty much always mess up my order or have inaccurate website descriptions. Theres something wrong with the backend processing of off the charts because Sherman oaks and weho suffer from the same issues, I live kinda far from all of their locations so it's a real hassle to get there and then be told the one thing that made me drive there, that I was excited about, and kept me positive during the 45 minute plus car ride is not actually there and I'll have to buy something else usually more expensive and it would be cool if it happened once in a while but it's happened every time so much so that I've taken to placing a pre order and waiting for the confirmation to come in to make sure that the product is actually there before i go and I've gotten more than a few calls where they'll tell me a deal is inaccurate or they're out of the product I wanted and I'll just have them cancel the order cause it's really not worth driving 45 plus minutes for something that I don't want. if I wanted to make compromises then I'd go to a dispensary 5 minutes from my house and not this over convoluted bait and switch shop. Honestly i do not know how they have not gotten in trouble for false advertising yet! I always feel like I have to go through mental gymnastics to get what they're advertising that they have and thats not cool at all!! My last time in and the last time I'll be going I went to buy a cart and a preroll by Brite, I knew exactly what I wanted and placed an order, the order wasn't ready but I figured it would be by the time I drove there because I gave them 2 hours already and it would take me almost and hour to get there. My order was not ready when I got there which is fine I'm okay with waiting and being paitent, I was even okay with waiting for the bud tender to go in back and get the preroll I wanted because I didn't like any of the alternatives (although it looked like the product i wanted was right there but i wasnt sure and didnt want to be grabby) what I wasn't okay with was when it came to the cart apparently they only have sugars by brite but they're being sold as dab carts? Or they were out of dab carts but online it says they're in stock? When he went to the refrigerator for my cart I knew enough to say hey wait a minute why is that cart being stored in the fridge but someone else who hasn't worked in a dispensary before wouldn't be able to catch that and surely would've been sold the wrong product! I was really excited for the Brite cart because it was a resin sauce and those usually hit pretty awesome but he said they didn't have any and i almost didn't buy a cart because he was recommending muha meds and they recommended me that last time and it just wasn't good and burnt through really quickly but I saw online that they had imperial extracts and I really wanted to try the lychee flavor cause I love lychees so I asked if they have any (staring right at the box) and he said nah were all out and I literally had to go oh isn't that them right there? Like what is that? It's not the first time that's happened at off the charts for me either! do you guys just not know the products or are you trying to get people in and out as fast as possible so you're not paying attention to reality or do you get some kind of commission-like incentive for pushing certain products on customers? Whatever it is that's going on in the background it's not conducive towards building a relaxing and welcoming environment or a satisfied and loyal customer base and I don't need that kind of energy in my life no matter what kind of crazy seeming or highly tempting deals they throw my way anymore cause I now know if it's too good to be true it's probably a trap! Thanks for the lesson...

I just had a very discouraging encounter from what WAS my favorite new dispensary. I asked for an Indica cartridge for my vape pen. I even pulled out my vape pen and said whatever fits this. All of the boxes look the same to me so I rely on the bud tenders to give me the right product. The bud tender gave me a box and said this is it. I even asked later, “will this will fit my pen?” showing it to them one last time. They reassured me that it would fit. I got to my car, opened the box, and saw that I was given a disposable vape pen. I walked back in trying to keep my composure and walked up to the reassuring bud tender. Another bud tender rudely put her hand up and told me they’d be with me in a second. I looked at my reassuring bud tender and placed the disposable vape pen on the counter. They looked down at it and looked up at me in horror. They felt terrible as they explained what they could do. I said I just want the cartridge. Then the other bud tender rudely interrupted and sternly said “we don’t have anymore of those.” She had no idea the bud tender sold me the wrong product. She just decided to rudely butt in. I looked at her incredulously and asked her if she knew what had happened. She just looked at me and stuttered. I took the disposable pen and said I will never be back here again and walked out. As I did, she rudely replied, “Bye!” She may have been the manager which is even more unbelievable. What a disastrous experience. In a city with hundreds of dispensaries, why would you go somewhere where you PAY for the wrong product and then get scolded when you ask for the right one? I was excited for this dispensary and have been going to it since it opened. I liked all the cool people who work there but it just takes one rotten apple who is in dire need of customer service training to ruin an entire...

I originally gave this dispensary a 5 star but the more and more you go here you realize this may be one of the worst dispensaries in Los Angeles. The employees are so unprofessional it’s a joke. They act like they know all the products and sell you on the worst products ever! They literally sold me disposable pens that don’t work at all. I call and they say yeah come back in we’ll take care of you. So I drive the 15min back to store and security guards like “we got another bust sale” as if this always happens. The disposable pen was packaged on 2/1/2023 literally almost a year ago. It’s like this store is selling you all old and washed up items. They say to you “oh it’s good. It’ll get you so high” but the reality most their products in store suck. Most their weed literally doesn’t get you high. AT ALL! Anyway they didn’t take care of me at all. Not even a single apology for selling me an item that didn’t work and having to drive back to store 2nd time. They told me I could have store credit for the disposal pens that didn’t work so the sales rep pushed me on a 8th of weed instead. I’m smoking it right now. Legitimately not getting high at all. These employees have no idea what quality high end weed is. They’re are pushing Josh Wax as their #1 top brand cannabis which is almost laughable to me. Go literally anywhere else in Los Angeles. There are 1,000s of dispensaries literally next door. The Artist Tree, Wonderbrett, Backpackboyz, Cookies, Exotics Hollywood, these are all legit dispensaries selling products that will ACTUALLY get you HIGH. Which when I started smoking weed 15 years ago was the...

Today I walked in to a female very unhappy to do her job. She was an African American female “ I didn’t get her name” I am describing her for you-for when you walk in yourself watch out of her. I walked in to her not saying hello, her face looked like she hated her damn job, she took my Id then said “ What do you want?” She Stood there looked at me like I was bothering her existence, she didn’t know her pricing nor did she even know any of the brands she had in store. Very NO KNOWLEDGE At all. Why? Hire people like her OFF THE CHARTS NEEDS TO DO BETTER- this is what you have in your shop serving the LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 COMMUNITY. I then spoke to the inventory manager to explain to her how bad that BudTender did not want to be there. How embarrassing, imagine having your own business and having people like her working for your shop. I left not giving them my business- Came to ELEVATE right down the streets and let me tell you the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING
