Excellent customer service. Above and beyond. I highly recommend The Appliance Outlet. Professional. Honest. Great selection, upfront clarity in pricing, and about any scratch/dents etc with any appliance in the store.

Truly pleased! Especially after using a cooler and a mini fridge for 3 months while dealing with a nightmare process from a manufacturer warranty. I only wish we would have found out about this outlet company sooner!

We live in a rural area and it is impractical to go to multiple stores, or make multiple trips to verify what's available in store. But after our initial trip to the Redwood location, where the fridge we wanted has been sold out, they welcomed us to call and receive information on what was available, and even get pictures and prices of the models we were interested in.

When what we wanted was not going to be available at the store closest to us for longer than we could waite, they gave us contact information to the other stores, and let them know what we were looking for. Again we received excellent assistance, information, pricing, and pictures of the actual unit/s we we're considering purchasing. They then held our preferred selection at the Ogden location to ensure that our long drive out there would not be a waste of time.

When we got there, the helpful young lady running the store asked us a few questions and suggested a couple more options we hadn't previously considered.

In the end we purchased a wonderful fridge that was a great fit for our budget and has all the features we truly wanted. Because of the teeny little dent in the side door we got it at an amazing price, and still have the manufacturer's warranty, and additional warranties through the store.

Finally moving things from the mini fridge and cooler, I'm literally doing a happy dance that I have a fridge, didn't break the bank, and got it all done in time for...

I can't believe how awesome this appliance store was. The owner Jason is amazing and really works hard to get you the best deal possible. You can tell he cares about his business and more importantly his customers.

We had been trapped in an appliance back order fiasco with Home Depot and GE for 2 months and still no end in sight. It was a blame game between Home Depot and General Electric not being able to follow through with their promise and ability to supply the appliances we had purchased a month before for a black Friday package deal. Home Depot's manager wouldn't even honor the price we originally purchased them for. They all outright lied to us several times promising delivery dates and stock of appliances and falling through multiple times. This was putting a huge wrench in a kitchen remodel project we have been working on the past couple months and were trying to finish up.

That's where The Appliance Outlet came in to save the day. We went to the store and Jason had all the appliances we needed/wanted in stock and delivered them the very next day himself!!! Even though these appliances are open box or some are scratch and dent, a large majority of the kitchen appliances were in excellent condition. He even threw in a free microwave to the package of appliances we bought and beat the Black Friday price of home depot. I'll never buy appliances again from Home Depot or any other store that doesn't directly stock the appliances in a local warehouse or relies on the vendors to manage the stock of the appliances they offer to sale.

A few weeks ago our washer broke down and it was too expensive for us to fix it because of the part that needed to be fixed so we had to get a new washer but we are on a tight budget so we went to a big company in Draper and looked at their scratch and dent washers and were very disappointed in how much they were charging for a scratch and dent washer they were the same price as what I would pay for a new one and so we decided to go to a different place to see if we could have better luck with their company to see if we could find something and we were very happy with this company the owner was very kind and gave us a lot of good information about what kind of washers and dryers and we were very impressed that he kept up to date with his information so we found a good washer and we decided to get a dryer as well since our's is close to dying as well at a very good reasonable price that we could afford they had many washers at a good price so you could find one that goes with what yoi can afford and we are very happy with it and plan on having it for several years.
