I bought a couple really cute swivel glider chairs here a couple months ago, but I had problems with the bases. After trying a bunch of different things, I decided I was just going to have to replace the chairs entirely. The chairs were final-sale, so I was hesitant to bother contacting the store. So glad I did. Lesa and her husband came to my house in Lehi (rather than letting me rent a truck to bring them in) and they replaced the bases and her husband worked on them for an hour or two to get them gliding like butter on a hot surface. I am so grateful!!! Seriously, the chairs were final-sale and she did not have to do that. I really recommend Furnishh.

Another thing is that when I was at the store, I described the couch I was looking for and Lesa was able to order it for me.
