The owner and his manager Laila are rude and do not give refunds. Terrible customer service and looking at the other comments, it won’t get better.
I placed an order for two sandwiches with only chicken and cheese and a smoothie. I asked Laila to add extra cheese since I omitted the extra ingredients. She confirmed that my sandwiches would have extra parmesan but they didn’t. The sparse amount of cheese was unevenly distributed, as well. I showed them to her. I asked for a side a cheese on a $32 order and was told that I would have to pay for extra cheese. I would go there three to five times a week, spending $22-$32 each visit. So, I was taken aback about them being hostile and willing to lose a customer over $1.19.
The owner told me that he watched the preparer put two scoops of cheese from the video. How ridiculous? Did he zoom in? He offered one sandwich to be refunded. I told him that my smoothie melted waiting on his phone call (while he was reviewing cameras) and now I don’t like the service received. I requested a full refund to go to the Northlake cafe. He said, since I didn’t take the refund for the one sandwich, he wasn’t going to refund anything. Now, there are no signs posted in the store or on the receipt about no refunds. He is unprofessional, unethical and operating unlawfully. They’re fine, if you accept their food and drinks as made. However, if you have an issue, lookout.

When i walked in i was not greeted and Dave "the owner" took my order i asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie and a young lady (employee) made and served the large smoothie to me .
I went to my car took one sip and immediately the taste was disgusting the smoothie was watered down there was no natural flavor whatsoever it taste like sink water with one cut up strawberry .
When i went back inside i asked Dave if he could make it over for me because it wasn't to my liking he refused with extreme attitude and replied " no , we made the drink the way it is supposed to be " considering he did not make the drink his employee did .
As he refused to accommodate a pregnant woman simply asking for the drink to be made over i asked for a refund he refused a refund as well and when i asked why he replied " this is my business and i chose not to". Dave was very rude and on a power trip - when I asked one of the girls a question he chimed in and did not allow her to even respond . I am so upset about the way I was mistreated and disrespected for nothing. All because I did not like the way the smoothie taste .
It seems as though he is trying to be cheap with inventory and using a system to preserve product which is causing the smoothies to be distasteful .
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU LIKE YOUR SMOOTHIES TO TASTE GOOD .

I had the peanut paradise. My daughter had the mango magic. Mine was fine. My daughters tasted watered down. Like they forgot a few ingredients or added too much ice. We asked the manager if we could get a different flavor or a refund. He said he was the owner and we could purchase another one, but we couldn’t get another one or a refund. He asked very rudely “ What am I supposed to do with it?” Unfortunately we didn’t get his name. He’s white about 5’8 maybe 190 lbs. The only reason I mention his race, is because he was the only white person working that day. I want to be able to describe him thoroughly. Although, as rude as he was. you will be able to single him out by his lack of customer service. He said he was the owner. He wouldn’t give us the number to corporate. He was extremely sarcastic and rude. Honestly, even if he would have offered to add some crushed fruit or flavor just to make it taste better, that would have been something. The smoothies are pricey, so they should be made perfectly. I recommend going to a different location that has better customer service. We left our smoothies and wrap there near the trash can. As we were walking out the door he said “ call the number on the receipt and I’ll give you a shout” I won’t be spending any of my hard earned money...
