Palm Beach Pizza — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I had the worst experience ever in lunch break history when visiting Lutina's Pizza. Great pizza but the customer service sucks. Mean guy with no smile, wrinkled face, gray/black short hair and works the register in the front has no manners, argumentative, is not very pleasurable and clearly has no customer appreciation for a customer who visits occasionally. He was very disrespectful and yelled at me for dining with a take out box. I can't make this up. He scolded me for not eating out of a plate when I never even opened the take out box to eat and wasn't planning on dining in. I sat down for two seconds to finish an email and this man started screaming at me across the dining area with patrons inside eating their meal. I did not appreciate the level of disrespect. The other two people working there said nothing as if this type of aggressive behavior is tolerated. There is a more pleasurable approach when speaking with customers and an angel needs to touch this man with some manners. Definitely not going back; pizza tastes great but the customer service sucks and I will not tolerate the level of disrespect I received today from this A-hole when coming to this establishment to spend my hard earned dollar. Not only does he need to work on his communication skills but I pray he doesn't speak to his wife in such a manner. If "the rules here are you eat off a plate" then you need to post a sign somewhere inside before you have a heart attack and scold a customer the way he did. Also, it would help if you listened when I said in the first place, when I ordered TAKE OUT. Didn't know as soon as I got my food, I was suppose to up and leave. Forgive me for sitting down at the table and chair to finish an email before getting my head bit off by an impulsive, rude, miserable man who clearly needs a hug. All and all, its how you approach someone and talk to someone. Had he been pleasurable to speak with and had listened I wouldn't have left such a review or returned my food but due to his aggressive behavior I witnessed today I had to leave this review to expose how this employee acted today and represented this company. D and Lazina, self proclaimed food critiques. We try different restaurants around the country and put honest comments.

We enjoyed their stombolie. Very cheesy and we like cheese. The slices reheated tastes crispy and yummy. Both cheese and pepperoni Pizza slices were nice and crispy. However, if you order fresh Pizza, they don't taste as crispy on the bottom. Their spaghetti sauce and marinara sauce could be better. Their chicken wings do not look like the pictures posted on the glass window. They are either a little too soggy or a little too dry. This could fixed easily and then The wings will be delicious. We noticed one of the guys running his hands through his hair way too many times. Not so appealing at a restaurant. We also noticed on another day, another guy went to the bathroom 3 times and packed our food right after. He may have washed his hands in the bathroom but it would have felt much better if he had used some gloves while packing our food. We are not bashing this place. After we placed our to go order, we decided to dine in because we still had errands to run. Once we were seated and I opened the pizza box, I was very unimpressed. The guy that checked us out then walked to our table, literally closed our pizza box and asked if we were going to dine in that we "could have asked nicely." I proceeded to tell him that if it was ok, we just changed our minds and would like to dine in. He then took our box and started to walk away with it, which is when I stood up and asked for our (already paid for) food back. He insisted taking it for some reason and I had to tell him to "please not touch my food." We felt so humiliated and disrespected! All because he had an issue with us buying a 2 liter (only sold to go) rather than 5 individual cans for dine in- of which out of respect we left our two liter in the double knotted plastic bag he put it in.
