We went visited this location for the first time. Found it a bit strange that there is no sides listed on their menu. If you want to add a side you must ask the waitress or waiter and they can tell you what you can and cannot do. I have never seen this mentality from a Denny's to a Peter Lugers steak House in NYC. They don't even list the price for a cup of coffee. I asked the waitress who looked at my kind of embarrassed and had no answer. So If I came in for a cup of coffee and toast because I just wanted to relax and enjoy my coffee and scroll thru my phone on a hectic day, there is no price for coffee? The waitress was professional and courteous all of the time by the way. Our food came, I took 2 bites and noticed a long black hair in my food. It was not mine and the girl I was with has long blonde hair, so it wasn't hers. I had had enough. I waved the manager over and told him we were leaving and I wanted nothing else, we got up and left. By the way to the pseudo intellectuals at your corporate headquarters. It is obvious you don't list your sides because you want to make the orders as simple as possible for your cooks. So instead of putting more effort into your training program, you want to back it down and force your customers to order in a box and have to ask for an extra item and ask for each price? take it from a guy who has traveled this nation, have had family in the food industry at CEO Levels, eaten at the best restaurants and diners in every region of this country. This mentality will be over for you and quick. You are totally clueless in the food game with that menu and your lack of...
Read moreToday I had the luncheon special half sandwich and salad chicken salad sandwich. This is the first off meal. I’ve had here. The bread was hard. I almost broke my tooth and the server I think is new because they used to be a guy by the name of marco there, but he’s gone. His wife is still there. My wife asked for lime for her soda water and after asking twice he finally said oh we don’t limes. Then we had to ask for a box 2 or three times to take the stuff home. I asked for the check at that point and he brought the check, but then I could not pay Disappear for another 10 minutes. I really don’t think you should add the tip in of 18% if the service is below quality and you should have the opportunity to reduce the tip in some way shape or form not be forced to pay 18% for not up to par service. Usually, this place is very good, but don’t know what...
Read moreWent here based on other reviews. We were greeted immediately and taken to a section to be seated but that server wasn’t taking anyone yet so then moved us elsewhere. We had Cleo. She was nice but she needs some reminding about the importance of checking to make sure everything is good and if drinks need refilled.
The food was amazing and the coffee (ordered vanilla latte) might have been the best I’ve had. The manager came around to tables and gave a coupon if it was their first visit. I had to eventually ask for the checks once Cleo finally returned. After completing that, I told her I needed receipts for both. Over 5 minutes went by and she never returned. I had to have another server retrieve them for me. I certainly want to eat here again when...
