I received a RAW salmon from this place! I called to let them know and we got a RUDE lady on the phone saying that they cook their salmon medium rare and to throw it back in the microwave! This is NOT medium rare and I have gotten this salmon from here before and have NEVER had it this RAW! I never received a “Sorry” and the lady continued to talk OVER me saying that there’s nothing she can do for me. When I asked to speak to the owner she said she WAS the owner. Once we threatened to post this on the internet that’s when she offered to give me a credit for next time. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED!! Delicious tuna melt panini and excellent sides as well. The Green Goddess grilled cheese is fabulous! So light and scrumptious. The prepared foods are scrumptious too. Can also buy deli meats as well. I love their cucumber, mozzarella & tomato salad. The steak tips, chicken francaise & salmon are to die for. Eggplant tower and lasagna are scrumptious. I always ask for extra sauce. The sauce is made with pomodoro tomatoes (San Marzano)I think that's what they are. So so good. You can purchase quarts of sauce to go. Excellent selection of meat and cheeses to make a nice charcuterie board are available. They sell homemade pasta, raviolis tortellinis in the freezer section. I’ve only had the sandwiches so far as that is what my family members continue to bring home but each one has been absolute fire. I love a good thanksgiving sandwich & theirs is delicious & full of flavor. They’re also stuffed full of every ingredient so extremely filling & even shareable. I’ve never had a good meatball sandwich before, they’re usually gross no matter where I’ve tried it from, but the meatball here is soo good. It’s actually enjoyable, you can tell they’re homemade. They taste how a meatball should without that weird aftertaste most places’ have. Now I need to try spaghetti & meatballs from here immediately. I can’t wait to try it.
