Riverdale Shops — Attraction in West Springfield

If I need to go to a Dollar Store, I try not to visit this one. Because of 2 reasons, 1. It's usually very busy, and with the store being so small its hard to maneuver down the aisles. 2. The customer service isn't exactly the best. I understand with a store that is busy its hard to accommodate all customers and questions especially with limited staff, BUT a simple "hi" when you reach the register would go a long way. This store is really busy so their seasonal area usually gets wiped out pretty fast, so if you are looking for something in that department, my suggestion is go earlier...

Too many sketchy people around the area for my liking. One guy in particular would randomly stop and start spinning around a few times, but it got to a point where he not only kept getting way too close to our two daughters, but he started essentially chasing them everywhere they went. This started when we walked into Five Below, we tried going into a couple of different stores to try to lose him (there were only 1 or 2 employees working at a time in Five Below and Dollar Tree), it wasn't until we went into Kohl's that an employee finally helped us and told him to...

When I was a kid I came here for the Toy Works, then it became KB Toyworks, now it's gone. Nowadays I come here for the Aldi's, Carter's, 5 Below, Bueno Y Sano, and Panera Bread. They're all kinda lame compared to my memories of KB toyworks though.

Traffic isn't usually too bad, the traffic pattern has definitely changed and gotten a bit convoluted. The modified traffic pattern has made easy to get into but harder to get out of.....

Avoid as much as possible from Black Friday until New year's.
