Response to owners comment: It is interesting you have said that no one has reported experiencing racial profiling or hearing racial remarks towards them when other reviewers stated they experienced exactly that. It is a strange business tactic to prefer to gaslight, and ignore customers rather than legitimately hear their concerns and improve how you run your business in as you stated, a multicultural neighborhood. Your comment is only representative of the poor service provided at your store and your continued disinterest in hearing any selection suggestions from interested buyers is evidence you do not care and are offended by customers interests in products you don’t carry. Many other reviewers have stated you have a poor selection, bottom of the barrel. Run your business as you wish, but that doesn’t mean you won’t suffer the consequences of bad business practices, or have the right to bully unsatisfied customers.

The Rotary racially profiled my husband the first time we visited, and on top of that has a horrible selection of wine. It’s bottom on the barrel, nothing of quality. We only visited today because Bertellis is closed, and we’re greatly disappointed in the selection. When my husband asked the owner if he could order any quality wines, he dismissed him rudely and stated he wouldn’t. This liquor store has been around for awhile and it has the best customer service and prices. Also it is the only one in the area that I know of that stays open until 11 everyday. They sell a large variety of beer, wine and liquor. They also sell tobacco, lottery tickets, chips, jello shots and many other things. I recommend this liquor store to everyone.
