Moved into West Saint Paul a couple of years ago and started shopping there. Customerservice was great, polite employees everything was good. Noticed about a year ago a lot of the good employees are gone and we’re replaced by looking at them high school kids. Have gone into the to see cashiers sitting on counter where they bag your food on their phones. The baggers have tried to put a five pound bag of sugar on top of my eggs and got mad at me when I asked them not to. The employees act like they don’t want to be there and saying anything to management goes in one ear and out the other. I’m tired of paying their prices to be treated like I’m inconveniencing them by making them work. I’ll go to Kowalskis on Grand pay the same price and get much...
Read moreI don’t shop at the W. St. Paul store often, only when I need something right away. Today I stopped in there for a few things I needed, noticed their Lotsa Motzza Pizza were close to $12, something like $11.79. I was shocked, everywhere else I go, HyVee, Cub, Target etc. they are $8.99, both full prices. I asked a friend of mine that lives by the Randolph store to check their price of the same product…well low and behold they were $8.99. The W. St. Paul store is way overpriced, I will not be returning for anything I need right away, that’s for sure. That is terrible to have such prices differences. I also noticed their cereal and their generic cereal was also way more than other stores, some were close to $7. Shame on...

Maybe they should hire more adults instead of indifferent teenagers? Now, many moons later, the indifferent teenagers are still there and untrained as ever. The store is now as dirty and unkept as ever. Despite their classy name, it looks like a third class convenience store in a really bad neighborhood. Months later: Just bought a few items and the young woman at the cash register was the true embodiment of indifference. She didn't reply to my "Hi" and she yawned several times. I suggest you hire better, train better and perhaps also pay better. As it is, your store is...
