I went here, after searching for Chinese Food with good reviews, and I decided to make the drive there. A takeout only Chinese place. I got the Chicken with mixed veggies in the garlic sauce after I wanted more veggies than in the other dish...Garlic sauce was hardly hot, and way to many onions and celery and water chestnuts for my liking and skimpy on the chicken. It was very greasy, and over sauced. The broccoli was overcooked and skimpy too. I HAVE had better Chinese at buffets and frozen Asian dinners from grocery stores....Not good and over cooked. Small portion for what I paid. What really made me ticked off, is I ordered the House Special wonton soup. And found a damn hair at the bottom of the soup container, which I almost swallowed. The amount of times I have found hair in my food at Chinese restaurants is appalling!. The soup was hardly any good too, probably pre-made or frozen and heated up. I feel ripped off after I was really thinking the good reviews would lead to a good Chinese food experience, I am really disappointed and grossed out by my food here, I will not be back, and I will chalk it to another poor experience in MN for "Chinese" food.....The service was decent..

Pictured is my left over lo mein....summary great flavor just wish there were more veggies. My order was house lo mein (large), chicken fried rice (large), sweet and sour shrimp (small), and two egg rolls. The serving sizes were more than enough for me and boyfriend to each have lunch for the next day. The flavor of the fried rice was not great. Both the lo mein and the rice needed more veggies. That would be my only major complaint. Otherwise the service was quick and the price was right, and the flavor of the lo mein was awesome! The sweet and sour shrimp came without the sauce on it, which in retrospect makes sense so it doesn’t get soggy on the way home.

If you want well done, typical "American" Chinese food at a good price then come check out Chin Chin. Everytime I go there there are many, many people picking up and ordering take out. They have a very large menu that is numbered for ease of ordering and even have a complete menu in a picture book if you go inside. They are fast and efficient and haven't had an order that was incorrect yet. If you just want some good Chinese food fast, this is the best place for miles around. If you order at least $15 worth of food they deliver as well. But, to be clear, this is NOT a sit down restaurant. You need to take it with you.

This is the 3rd time (march 2021) I've written and/or edited a review for this place.

The first time ordered from last Spring when I moved to WSP, I gave them 5 starts, as their vietnamese egg rolls and potstickers (which are kind of spendy for how many you get, the egg rolls are a good a better value) and I've liked also whenever I've ordered beef with peapods or chicken w/vegetables, as well as other items that I've ordered like combo meals which are taste good and are a good value.

As others have commented the people who answer the phone can be extremely rude,, to the point late last summer I got sick of that, as well as they messed up an order that I didn't even let them know that, thinking they wouldn't care and stopped ordering from them for several months up until late Fall/early Winter.

The man or woman who answer the phone, have gotten a teeny tiny bit more polite, the woman being more polite and less abrupt than the man, who will at least say thank you before hanging up on you, after order is placed.

The delivery guys have always been awesome.

Unfortunately ,I think whoever answers the phone are the owners, so they aren't going to change much, I'm thinking that they might finally read reviews on here for them to change at all and go from being extremely rude to at least polite and the lady can be friendly but I think that's only because I order enough that she realizes I'm a regular.

I'm at the point where I do love their food and I do hate to cook and I don't drive so delivery is my only option.

But the next incident with sheer rudeness, will dictate that being my last order, as the food as good as it can be, isn't worth the anxiety I used to go thru when I first started ordering as no matter how good food is, even if it was free, which it is NOT, that's a dealbreaker for me.

Just being honest, if their fried vietnamese egg rolls weren't so unique and delicious and again food being pretty good consistently, I wouldn't have come back, so I just hope for that service and quality...

Love the food! Unfortunately, the guy that answers the phone often to take your order is horribly, rude! No people skills whatsoever. He expects you to know exactly what do and say it without questions. I often ask, Hello?, because of the dead silence on the other end. I used to frequent Chin Chin 07-11’ before moving away. The service and food was great. When I moved back in 17’, things had changed. I have had more arguments with this guy than I care to count. Luckily for Chin Chin as a whole, I love some of their dishes so I keep going back, hoping one of the nice ladies will answer and take my order. The ladies will also take your name for take out orders, he does not. This has caused issues for me getting the wrong order. I had to call back after getting home. He did rectify his mistake that time by delivering my original order but I had to keep someone else’s order and wait an extra hour for mine. Either train him or get rid of him. My gf just ordered from there today. Her exact words… “their phone guy is really rude, just tell him what you want and...
