Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in West St. Paul

I tried to order take out via door dash but when I showed up to the restaurant at the time order was supposed to be ready it was closed and there was no sign on the door and no one there to answer calls... And google even said it was supposed to be open. Order was somehow marked complete, my credit card was charged and no food. The kicker is I went to the restaurant today and they told me to contact door dash and door dash denied my refund. So now I have no food and am out money. I love to try bistec a la Mexicana due to it's jalapeño touch on the beef. It is a juicy and flavorful meal that I have every other mexican restaurant. Garibaldi's bistec has nothing left behind and deserves my review. This place has just started under new name and management. I suggest you trying their bistec.
