Tried this place after my manicurist was on vacation. They assigned me an incompetent, smart alec tech named Tia. In all my years of getting manicures I have never had worse. Tia was supposed to be giving me a chrome nail technique, but because of either her lack of skill or lazyness, she refused. She kept telling me that my nails are too wafer thin. That I could not have chrome. Yet when I went back to my regular manicurist, she did chrome on my nails with no issues. Why? Because my regular manicurist, Kieu at a different salon IS competent.
Tia, the worldâs most incompetent manicurist, then proceeded to cut my cuticle. A manicurist who knows what they are doing never cut you. She was not apologetic and instead blamed me, saying my skin was thin and it was only because of her brand new buffer. I told her, my manicurist, Kieu is the pinnacle of cleanliness and always uses a new buffer, too; yet in 15 years she has never cut me.
The salon is unapologetic and unprofessional, the owner writes back to me on Yelp and tries to blame a COMPETENT manicurist named Meagan. The person who was rude, incompetent, argumentative and cut me was Tia. T-I-A. Tia should not be working with people because she lacks people skills and she should not do nails because she is incompetent.
If Luvish nails prefers to side with their incompetent employee, Tia, instead of take responsibility and apologize and write her up or fire her, they will soon be losing many more clients.

Read more10/10 customer service!! My sister and I have visited several nail salons in the area and no one can compare to the outstanding customer service we experienced at Luvish. The nail techs were so happy, laughing and joking around. It was so fun to see and made our experience one to remember. I would have come back just for those techs!
Unfortunately, I had to give a 2 star rating because the nail treatments did not last. My shellac pedicure (which normally lasts over a month) peeled off the next day. I looked down at my toes and polish was gone. My sisters shellac nails peeled off within 2-3 days and looked pretty bad. And, my full set... the top coat cracked in multiple places within a couple days of getting them done which was so disheartening since I loved how they turned out while at the salon. It was unfortunate since their prices were a bit higher than other salons in the area. I had my fingers crossed that it would last considering we paid more.
I did reach out to the salon on instagram and they did offer for me to come in and they will fix it free of charge but I was hesitant to risk it all coming off again. Plus, I was traveling so by the time I actually had a slot to visit again, it would be for another big event and I could not take the risk. Maybe in the future I might try going again because the techs were that great on customer service but for now, I am...
Read moreI started coming here because my nail tech relocated to this establishment, and I am so glad that she did. This place is phenomenal! The owner is extremely nice and professional, the location is perfect, and the salon is always clean! The vibe is super relaxing, and there is always something interesting on TV. Seriously, do not come here if you are hungry! Most other places have mindless TV shows on (that I have no interest in), but this place is always tuned in to some sort of Asian travel/cooking (may not be important to some, but I love it). Anyhoo, Mimi, and Kelly are the only Techs allowed to touch my nails. They're long, almond shaped, and have it took Mimi and I about a month to come up with a French style that I like (a thin ribbon along the very edge of my nail that gets a TON of compliments). Kelly recently did them in black, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on that, as well. Their work is so good, I only need to go every 3 weeks! But by then, I need a new set, and even STILL, it's inexpensive! For an overlay on my extended length, the almond shape, special polish, and $10 tip (I love my nail techs), it comes to $80 - $100, depending on if I get an overlay refill, cuticle trim, etc. And if that's too expensive, Luvish just isn't for you! đ I've paid that much and had nails break on the way home. THIS PLACE IS WORTH...
