I'm giving a 1 because I called the store told them what I had and they said to bring it in. So I did and I dont live close to them so it was a little bit of a drive for us. I took about 7 huge totes full of clothing and was told they would only buy 26 out of the hundreds of piece I took them. They tried telling me that my clothing was too old even though most of it was only a year old and only wore once because my daughter grow out of them right away. So I was arguing with them saying my clothing wasnt old and they insisted it was and so I asked can I see the clothing you want to buy from me they told me no we dont show you what we are buying. So i said whatever and just took the 32 dollar for the 26 items since i had an hour drive home. Well when i got home i went through the clothing to see what they took because i know what i had. Well this store is a bunch of lying and conniving people who just want good name brand clothing and to give you nothing for them. They took gymboree clothing that was 8 years old from my totes but they wanted to say they couldnt take my clothing that was a year old. I purposely put some old clothing in my totes to see if they would buy it because I seen mixed reviews on here and guess what they bought all the old stuff that were high end brands and told me my newer things were too old probably because it wasnt high end brands. This store may be good to get cheap things but it isnt somewhere you want to sell your clothing because they will sit there and tell you they cant take your clothing and they will go and take someone else's clothing because it's a better brand even if it is years old then your clothing. So long story short. Dont sell them your clothing unless you...
Read moreLove this place and visit often, but my most recent experience wasn't very pleasant. We needed a dressing room and since there is no longer one available, we were sent to the restroom where the smell was absolutely unbearable. We left the door open to air it out as we could not even stand to go in there. I informed one of the girls behind the counter and they all sort of looked at each other as if they didn't know what to do. Someone finally got a can of air freshener and sprayed the room. I told her I think a diaper had been changed just before we went in there and the diaper in the trash was probably the culprit of the lingering smell. She went back behind the counter and told someone the trash bag needed to be replaced and one of the girls said, "Now??" Mind you, we are STILL waiting to try clothes on. After another 5 min or so, a girl came to replace the trash bag and when she walked in, she made sure to tell me "It's not even bad." To which I replied "Because 10 minutes ago, I opened the door for it to air out and about 5 minutes ago, someone sprayed air freshener." Perhaps providing the dressing room again would prevent situations like this in the future. Who wants to hold their nose while trying on clothes. Gross
Update: April 30th, still no dressing room available and a line of people waiting to either use the restroom or try on clothes. God forbid your child needs to go to the bathroom and there's someone in there trying on a mountain of...
Read moreI got some really great deals today on some nice clothing and the employees were nice and helpful... however... I saw a lot of long sleve tshirts priced at $9.50. Not designer, not even super nice, not a hoodie. Just a thin tshirt material. I thought it was a typo, but started seeing a lot of them. I asked the employee if they changed to a new pricing structure, if thats going to be the new going rate for long sleve tshirts. She said its set by corporate to be a percentage discount off of original price in store. 9.50 is an insane price for a used tshirt. Might as well just buy new when a sale come around. i was able to find enough stuff at the old prices today to be a good deal, but probably will shop small buisness next time. Its not worth spending an hour sifting through 50 overpriced stained tshirts to find one nice one thats reasonable. Maybe they dont realize places like kohls, for example, price stuff insanely high like $50 a shirt so they can claim everythings on sale all the time and make their sale price seem like you're getting a deal, which is a regular price anywhere else. If once upon a child is calculating their used consignment dicount based on this inflated "original price" percentage model at places like kohls then it makes sense why they are overcharging for...
