Rally House Crocker Park — Attraction in Westlake

Follow up to review: I called the customer support number that Rally House provided and could not get through for two weeks. Someone finally told me to go to the chat option on the website. The customer support rep went on to tell me that there was nothing they could do! DO NOT PURCHASE gift cards from Rally House!... ...I was disappointed when I tried to use a gift card and was told I only had a few dollars left on the card since Rally House charges so much per day, for every day you you hold onto the card!! We returned a Christmas gift and the store gave us a gift card. Never were we told that we would be charged a per day fee or we would have used the card much sooner. This is our first experience with a gift card that charges a fee for each day you hold onto it. Disappointing. Will most likely shop at other stores so we are not forced to used those cards in a specific...

I've loved Rally House for years, but this past weekend was horrible. I spent over $200 on Friday at Crocker, and was cross town in Mentor on Saturday and went into the new store to swap a size (It was still in the bag, new with tags and all). The guys in Mentor didnt have the same shirt, which was understandable, but said they couldn't look up the receipt, nor would they do an in-store credit to put towards a new shirt we were going to get (which was more expensive).

I thought it was unreasonable and shortsighted. While I understand it would always be easier if a customer keeps their receipt, the bag, new with tags, a credit card statement, and my transaction record (since they took my email) ought to have been enough given the totality of...

Terrible experience!! trying to return an item a couple of times with gift recipt, item is still wrapped, untoughed with sticker. very poor customer service. The two managers there "Collin and Morgan" declined to follow the company return polices and were very rude and unprofessional with an attitute. Very bad manners, lack of communications skills, their customer service quality is way below average with major defecits. Very incompetent two mangers. we were truned down and disappointed on mutiple occasions. We like RallyHouse products, and Crocker location in my neighborhood but due to poor customer service will defer from shopping at crocker store...
