My first time shopping with this organization and I will not do it again! I purchased a scrub top on 11/05. When I got to work I was unable to fit the new shirt at all, and in a rush I snagged the tag, honest mistake. I wore my jacket that day because I was already late, I put the new shirt in the bag with the receipt and the tag and took it to be returned on my next available day. According to the receipt, "We will gladly accept a return or exchange of unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt." With a valid receipt I was turned away because the tag was not on the top. That's fine if it's your policy, but please communicate your policy with your customers. Many people prematurely remove tags, so informing customers that tags must be on the merchandise may have changed my shopping experience. I would have tried the top on at the store if I had a better understanding of the policy because I wouldn't want to risk the tag falling off, it is just paper and plastic. The return policy is so strict and specific, but poorly communicated. Due to the fact that I was unaware of the full policy I lose money to a store, and I have a useless product. Read moreMy daughter and I arrived at the Westland location about ten minutes before closing, as we were running behind and it was the only day we had to get her scrubs for school on Monday. We felt terrible showing up so close to closing time, hurrying to find what she needed and trying on outfits.
However, the store manager, Brian, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and polite. He made us feel completely at ease, reassuring us not to rush and reminding us that he was there to take care of customers, no matter the time. In our experience, most people can be understandably frustrated when customers arrive right before closing — but not Brian. He couldn’t have been kinder, and his positive attitude truly stood out.

Gennesis walked me around the store and explained the differences between brands, asked my sizes, gave recommendations, set up the fitting room, and then brought me MORE options while I was trying on the first options just in case! I left the fitting room, and left my wallet and phone. She immediately told me.
