Five Below — Local services in Westland

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I asked the girl at the register that wasn’t doing anything if she knew if they carried the fit bit bracelets. She looked at me like I was interrupting something important, talked to me like I was stupid and told me that she has no clue what I’m talking about as if I was speaking in a foreign language. I explained and showed her the actual item that I was looking for and she acted like I was wasting her time and was pretty rude like I was asking her to go out of her way for something. All I wanted to know is if they had the Fitbit rubber bracelet. Didn’t think it was that difficult of a task for anyone. The other girl behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me or try to help the situation. Pretty disgusted because I run in there a lot since I work down the street, to grab cute little things for myself and nieces all the time and end up spending a lot of money in there more than what I plan to every time. I guess I’ll find a new five below to shop at that has more pleasant, and helpful employees. Customer service is not the business you should be...

I was absolute last customer. The two women at the store closing were very very kind to me. I work late, so I go to the store late, but not right before closing many times. Most of times , I’d say 99%, there are a lot of dirty looks and people, barking “,we’re closing !” you can’t even really shop without feeling on edge anxious. The absolute opposite was true here. These women were very nice , very kind , did not make me feel like I was an annoyance like they do at most Meijer stores now. It was a great feeling. Wonderful customer service! This is a very busy location. The last time I was there they seemed to have a slight difficulty with the crowd that was in the store. They got it in hand and started a line outside the store. It still was a little frenetic.

They have lots of things in this store. They are arranged in a rather haphazard fashion. When I was there most of the workers were on the register so the floor was being handled by a small team that was hard pressed to keep up. Their book selection was limited. Lots of fun board games at reasonable prices. Some questionable sayings on the t-shirts - not appropriate for little ones and even middle...
