Maybe the most unorganized location when it comes to actually getting your furniture shipped. It's been 1 month since my original shipping date, and I still don't have all the pieces. VCF switched my delivery to pickup and no one noticed for 2 weeks, they attempted to deliver me the wrong pieces several times , and no one at any level can explain to me how this can possibly happen so many times on the same order.
The absolute worst part of everything was dealing with Priscilla over the phone. I would like to highlight her outstanding incompetence. When I was shipped 4/5 pieces of one couch, we spent 1.5 hours and several callbacks arguing because she insisted I was shipped 5 pieces based on the photos from delivery. I sent her a video directly to her cell phone clearly identifying every piece, only for her to still suggest it's 5!!!! I KNOW HOW TO COUNT!!! I demanded she go check the floor display model of the couch I bought and compare it to the video and pictures, and only after that did she come back and correct herself and realize that it was in fact, 4 pieces. How can you argue with a customer for so long without knowing a single thing about the product that's on your sales floor as we speak!?!?!?!?!? Ask/get a manager involved or something????? The incompetence was appalling. She is a much better fit cleaning toilets rather than having any customer facing position, because that was AWFUL and totally UNPROFESSIONAL in any sales environment.
On a separate note, it's unfortunate I have to leave such a scathing review, when my salesperson James was so awesome. He reached out to me directly when he was first alerted of the issues I was encountering (which he wasn't told about any of my issues until a week after the first debacle). If he wasn't on vacation, I doubt I'd be having ANY of these problems.

Thatās why we got the cleaning service just in case. Anyway we paid for the delivery (we also got a queen bed frame) and I am super disappointed with the delivery men. First off they were wearing some gloves that were very dirty and they stained my brand new sectional and second off they were not wearing shoe protective things and they were going up and down my second floor with their shoes on and we just had our carpets professionally cleaned. The bed frame was installed first on the second floor shoes never came off, then they were bringing the sectional from the truck across the lawn with their very dirty gloves and shoes in our home. One of the men said āif you think weāre going a good job so you know we do take tips just letting you knowā (mind you they were just bringing the pieces to my sectional in) I mean let me be the judge of that donāt force that upon anyone. I tipped each $20 and cold drinks but pretty white sectional wasnāt white anymore. It took over 4 weeks to have someone come out and look at it, costumer service I wasnāt very happy with, but my sales person Mr Ozzie was amazing with us.
