Westminster Promenade — Attraction in Westminster

Kids had fun bowling and playing the games. But just like so many other places they are understaffed. The staff they do have, could care less about their job, and lack integrity. It took 15 minutes or so for us to be acknowledged at the counter to get lanes, shoes etc. It was weird there were no employees around. We watched the same thing happen to another group a half hour later. The music is so, so loud you can't hear what someone says. The prize counter was the most disappointing. When the kids were ready to chose a prize with their points they had won, no one ever came to the counter to do, help or SAY anything. See, apparently if you don't claim a prize by a certain time, which is well before they close, you are out of luck. When I finally hunted someone down to ask them for assistantance, they just said sorry we're closed over there, you'll have to choose a prize next time. We haven't been back. I felt so bad for the kids and the other people that were trying to claim prices as well. This is the part that makes me the most irritated and disappointed in fat cats, that the kids were sad and disappointed. They're the reason we went. "The Prominade" is full of things to do! See a movie, laugh, eat, skate, play games, do yoga, drink, shop... even just people watching. 2017 a ton of new places opened up. Right off HWY36 to the East. Parking can be a challenge due to the abundance of close businesses. There is handicap parking and sidewalk ramps all around. There are lights in the parking lots but it can still be quite dark at night. This is a nice place though and feels safe. Westy PD is top notch. I've found crossing the streets when walking shop to shop a bit uneasy. There isn't great places to cross. I think most people drive to and park near their destination without meandering around. Snow removal is great so no worries winter shopping. Great Place to see Westminster's Fireworks for the 4th of July.

They answered any and all questions that I had, and helped out with our discounts. And a member of their steps program and I highly recommend signing up. Even if you don't go to the theatre that often the points add up and you get many benefits from it. they're not too busy and even if they are there extremely fast if you have to go through the line. It's worth the drive if you're not in the area, but if you are in the area go to this theater. It's extremely cleanthere's plenty of room and it's easy to find a spot that you'd like. even if you don't order the tickets online ahead of time to choose spots. The sound and picture of the movie is perfect, and it's extremely relaxing with the new reclining chairs that they have. the only warning I have is don't get too comfortable in their chairs because you could fall asleep.
