My husband and I embarked on a cross-country road trip from Las Vegas to D.C. and decided to spend a much-needed night of rest in Denver. We started our day a bit later than usual, given our exhaustion from the drive. Feeling hungry, we set out to find a place for brunch and, after some Google searching and reading reviews, settled on Snooze an A.M. Eatery. Conveniently, Snooze is located less than a mile from the Marriott Westin Westminster where we had spent the night.

Upon arriving at the Snooze location, we noticed that parking was a bit tight, given its location in a plaza. As we stepped inside, the vibrant and trendy atmosphere immediately caught our attention. They had a charming display of merchandise available for purchase, a delightful touch for those looking to grab a souvenir.

Fortunately, there was no wait when we arrived, and we were promptly seated. Our server greeted us with a warm welcome and took our drink orders. I opted for the Honey Oat Milk Latte, while my husband chose the Snooze House Blend Coffee. Both beverages were enjoyable; I particularly liked the combination of honey and hot milk in my latte.

For our starter, we ordered the Bacon But Different. Unfortunately, our server forgot to bring it out before our main meals, and we had to inquire about it. Her response, "Oh, no one brought it out?" left us a bit puzzled since she was the only one attending to our table. Eventually, the starter arrived after we had finished our main meal.

My husband ordered the Habanero Pork Belly Benny, and I had the opportunity to taste a few bites. It was nothing short of fabulous! The harmonious blend of flavors was a true delight for the palate. I highly recommend this dish to anyone visiting Snooze; it's truly a culinary delight.

I, on the other hand, opted for the Spuds Deluxe, which turned out to be a regrettable choice. My meal lacked flavor and failed to meet my expectations. It resembled something you might order at a Waffle House or IHOP, and I found it disappointing. Nevertheless, I managed to finish my meal in a rather somber manner. I strongly advise against ordering the Spuds Deluxe; there are undoubtedly better options on the menu.

Interestingly, the Bacon But Different, which arrived at the end of our meal, turned out to be the highlight of our outing. The flavors of the bacon were exceptional and left a lasting impression. If you ever find yourself near a Snooze, do yourself a favor and order the Bacon But Different; I assure you it's a decision you...

These people cannot make a pancake to save their lives. They are out to nickle and dime you for their food that is mediocre at best, you’re better off saving your money and going through a McDonalds’s Drive Thru or to IHOP if you want breakfast, that’s how crummy this place is.

You’re paying outlandish prices for “environment”. I literally came here yesterday, and got the exact same order and received exactly what I ordered. The next day (today), the same exact order, looked and tasted like crap — but I was initially charged the same price.

They were out of avocado, nobody mentioned it. So they dolloped some disgusting looking (looked like store bought guacamole - not avocado) on my plate and (initially) charged me for it. The tomato was unripened and rock hard (initially another additional charge).

My daughter has allergies, one reason we’ve come here. We ordered a full order of Vegan Bliss Pancakes (I have pictures of what they should look like based off other Snooze locations we’ve been to— we’ve been loyal customers of Snooze since 2016). Out come these tiny/flat pancakes that have what look like chocolate chips on them — nope, that’s just burnt crap from the grill. We asked to do their “pride” special pancakes with sprinkles and sweet cream butter, but with the vegan batter (due to anaphylactic allergies) — they charged us 4 dollars extra for burnt, thin, nasty looking pancakes because they added sprinkles (that weren’t even the same as the pride pancakes) and a different type of butter — they said it was because of their system, that we were charged extra and they refused to take it off — so, allergy tax because of their “system”. $17.25 for some nasty pancakes that were burnt, pictured below. The “fruit” on the side was literally one full strawberry cut into 4ths and about 8 blueberries.

The managers argued that that’s what they were supposed to look like, blah blah blah. We’ve been ordering the Vegan Bliss Pancakes at Snooze for 5 years, at this location and others. If you have a special need like the need for Vegan food Snooze in Westminster is NOT the...

This was my first time eating at a Snooze. I have a lot of friends who have been to Snooze before (the FoCo location) and they have always told me how good it is. The food was great, especially the pancakes! I got the Snooze Classic and instead of toast I got the blueberry danish pancake and that was fantastic. I am picky with hash browns and while they were good, I wasn't the biggest fan but everything else was great. Eggs were not over done, they were light and fluffy and next time I will try probably the Eggs Benedict . The presintation was amazing, not just for my food but for every other plate I saw come out of the kitchen and this makes me want to try out many other items. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My waitress Amanda was great! She chatted with all the patrons as well as kept their drinks full and made sure they had everything they needed. Another person who works there, I am sorry that I don't remember her name, was also very very friendly. It seemed that it was her day off and she talked to me about what she likes to eat and explained to me that I can do carry out if I don't have enough time to sit and eat (will be doing this!) She also had nothing but praise for the general manager Nick. I didn't get to interact with him directly but though observation he is a hard worker and very nice to everyone. The employees seemed happy to work with him and rallied behind his good attitude and everyone worked together very well. I will be going back when I can and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same. The friendliness and attentiveness despite how busy it was, was fantastic and I am glad I...
