This is a new strip of shops and restaurants so we just went tonight to check it out. This is a Subway style pizza place that seems to be the new fad. You start with either a pizza or a salad and go down the line. There's a ton of topping choices including flavorings like a minced garlic and fresh basil. The pizza sizes are mini, mod and a larger pizza. Mod seems most realistic for one person unless you have a ton of toppings. The crust is very thin and crunchy, most likely to keep the line moving faster and the cook time shorter. The toppings are all included in the sized pricing so there's no additional charge for number of toppings! As you round the corner to the cashier there is dessert options, a few alcoholic options (a Coors banquet bottle, Corona and a few specialty beers in bottles. They did have Coors Light and Blue Moon on tap with 2 wine options. Not a big selection but sufficient for a quick pizza meal. However, I highly suggest the Marion BlackBerry Tea! My husband got it and I had to order 2 to-go it was so amazing!! This place is brand spanking new so of course it's clean. The bathrooms are one person at a time like a Starbucks, no stalls. There's both an air dryer and paper towels. The staff welcomed us upon arrival and thanked us upon departure. And since it was our first visit they were extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Two thumbs up for an awesome staff! The parking lot has regular spots in the middle shared with the other places in this strip-mall style building. The spots up close are 30 minute parking which is ample time for a quick bite. Also, handicap spots and access ramps to the sidewalk. This is a clean-up-after-yourself place. There are trash cans and spots to stick your dishes near the doors. We'll be back. Fun spot to take kids or have a lunch chat.

MOD Pizza is a growing pizza chain that aims to provide an artisan style pizza with copious topping options baked fresh and to order. It is refreshing to have so many topping options without anything being an add charge. Choose your size for a set price, then add the toppings for your own personally crafted pizza. They have plenty of "standard" pizzas to choose from and don't have any problems modifying them to your taste, or start from scratch by choosing your sauce, cheese, toppings, dressings, etc. -- The pizza crust was a nice thin consistency with just a touch of char to the bottom which gave a nice flavor without an overpowering burnt taste. The toppings were very fresh, particularly the vegetables that were still plump, crisp, and not wilting. The dessert pizza is delicious and offers a nice sweet counterpoint. -- Service is spectacular but they can be very busy and require some patience. Due to the nature of making everything to order, some people take longer than others to make up their mind which slows the process for everyone. It is nice to see that they have separate people making the on-line orders from the ones making the instore orders and each helping the others out as needed.

The boys behind the counter were fun and gave lots of options to me since I wasn't sure what I wanted. Picked the "Tristen" with a cauliflower crust. I'm not worrying about gluten free, just like the taste and texture of that style of pie. Drink selection is pretty standard fountain drinks with make your own root beer floats if you choose. I would like to see it a little cleaner by the trash cans as both times I went they were overflowing and there were toppings on the floor in the kitchen area. I won't fault them this as I only have gone end of the night and I have worked fast paced food places. Tossing a pizza will sometimes make a mess here and there. They are always busy so that's a great sign that I'm not alone in liking the food.

Horrible customer service! Bait and switch tactics! Dishonesty about up-charges hoping you wont notice they are robbing you blind hoping you won't double check your receit and when you notice it, instead of making it right, and apalogizing for up-charging you in a sneaky back-handed way, when your clearly upset because of the bait and switch hidden price up-charge, they insist on how ripping people off is justified and refuse to serve you at all because you caught them in a lie. In general my family likes mod pizza! We have spent countless dollars eating here! In the past we have brought family and told collegues at work about it. But in the future this location on 104 by Westminster prominade has lost our business and we encourage all people reading this to avoid this location if you want to support honest businesses who will not rip off customers! Choose another Mod Pizza location! These people will try to up-charge you and hope you don't notice and if you get upset about it they refuse you service all together! They lost my business unless we get a sincere apology with a plan to make this injustice right! The manager on Tuesday nights is an absolute liar and cheat! He seems to delight in taking advantage of people hoping you wont notice they are ripping you off. Go to a different Mod location! I recomend the one by Flat Irons crossing! Much friendlier service! Stay away from the Westminster Prominade one! Horrible, horrible customer service! Rude Tuesday night manager who seems to care more about upcharging you more money behind your back, hoping you wont notice, more than he actually cares about making customer...

After loving this place for so long. I have been going to a different location for the last year or so due to this locations bad customer service and poor food quality. Today my family and I were at the theater and this is so close we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. As soon as they started making our pizzas we saw the toppings are about half what they put on at any location near by. Starting with the cheese and that stayed consistent with the veggies and meat. Having to ask multiple times for more of each because the tiny bit that was sprinkled on was ridiculous. We then waited a long time for our pizzas. The dining room was near empty. This location puts their online orders in front of their dine in orders. When the pizzas finally came out they were not cooked long enough and the crust was soft and soggy in the middle. Once I sat down I realized they had over charged me. One of our meals was a small salad and even with the ticket they give you to give to the cashier I was still charged for the Mod size salad. There were no straws available to customers either. At one time I gave this MOD a 5 star raving review. But it has gone downhill and it is sad. Other locations are still wonderful and if you want mod pizza it is worth driving to a...
