I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bonefish Grill in Westminster, Colorado, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the ambiance exuded a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth.
To kick off the evening, I indulged in the Smoked Bullet Old Fashioned cocktail, a meticulously crafted libation that set the tone for an evening of culinary delights. The balance of smokiness and sweetness in the cocktail was impeccable, showcasing the skill and expertise of the mixologists at Bonefish Grill.
Accompanying the cocktail was a bottle of Red Malbec wine, which proved to be an excellent choice to complement the diverse flavors of the meal. The wine selection at Bonefish Grill is extensive, and the staff's knowledge and recommendations added a touch of refinement to the overall dining experience.
For starters, the Bang Bang Shrimp was a revelation. The dish seamlessly combined sweetness and spice, creating a flavor profile that danced on the palate. The crispy texture of the shrimp was perfectly complemented by the zesty and creamy sauce, making it an irresistible appetizer.
Moving on to the main course, I opted for the Filet cooked Blue Rare and Lobster Tail—a combination that proved to be a match made in culinary heaven. The Filet, cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth with each bite. The Lobster Tail, tender and succulent, added a luxurious touch to the meal. The expert preparation and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the dish.
The service throughout the evening was impeccable, with the staff demonstrating a keen understanding of the menu and a genuine passion for providing a memorable dining experience. The atmosphere was inviting, and the attention to cleanliness and hygiene added an extra layer of comfort.
As I savored each bite and sip, I couldn't help but anticipate my next visit to Bonefish Grill. The culinary journey offered by this establishment is truly a celebration of flavors and a testament to the commitment to excellence.

Today was our first time at Bonefish Grill. It was a little past noon on a Friday, but surprisingly, the place wasn't busy when we arrived. The place looked fancy.
We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. On our way to our table, I noticed how clean the place was. The tables and chairs were straight, the table cloths were clean, the floor looked clean, the windows looked smudge-free, the lighting was perfect, and the ambiance felt "elevated". The utensils were sparkly clean and the menus were also clean (no food residues or odors).
Our server, AJ, arrived within a minute of us getting seated. He was very knowledgeable about their menu and their ingredients. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp for an appetizer and the Atlantic Salmon with artichoke, plus a side of broccoli and Mac 'n' Cheese. We were also given the complimentary bread with the olive oil pesto dip. It was very good!
The Bang Bang Shrimp was crisped to perfection on the outside, but was so moist and cooked perfectly on the inside. The salmon was absolutely tasty as well. The Mac n Cheese was not the best for me, but I think that's just because there are so many ways Mac n Cheese can be made. It's really just a matter of preference. All of them came in decent portions.
All the food came out within a reasonable amount of time, and they were cooked well and tasted very good. Our server checked on us in a timely manner, making sure we did not need anything and that everything tasted good.
When we were done, our server asked which items I needed boxes for. I said I'd like a box for the fish and the shrimp, but I will skip the Mac and Cheese as I didn't like it. He returned with the to-go boxes and the check minus the charge for the Mac -even though I didn't ask for a refund.. He said he said he did not want me to pay for something that I did not like or was not happy with. I was just blown away.
Thank you for the amazing customer...
Read moreWe had reservations at 7 PM. My husband checked in at 6:45 and we were aware we were early so we stated that we would be at the bar waiting . We were told we would receive a text when our table was ready and confirmed our phone number. The bar staff did not acknowledge us for ten minutes. They seemed to be more concerned with table drinks than anyone sitting at the bar. The bartender was friendly but seemed overwhelmed and was not even that busy. We waited until 7:20 in the bar and had not received a text so my husband went to the host station and they told him that they thought we had left. The hostess’s were more interested in their phones than the customers. The server was great and was the only positive part of the experience. The silverware was filthy and we had to ask three times for clean utensils. The main course arrived immediately after the salad was delivered. The lobster was extremely overcooked and the steaks were not correctly cooked at the right temperature. The manager came to ask how everything was and we explained everything to him. He apologized however he did nothing to remedy the dinner. He came back with a 25$ coupon for next time. We stated we would not be back because of the experience and he said okay. He did not do anything to fix our dinner that we did not even finish. This was our anniversary and we have been coming here for 12 years and have never had such a terrible experience. Nothing was done to correct our dinner or even replace the lobster. The worst part of it all was the manager. Had he made it right at all we would not be writing this review and would consider coming back. This location has gone downhill and I would suggest another location or...
