Weston Jewelers — Attraction in Weston

If there were 10 stars that is what I would rate Weston Jewelers! The store is beautiful and the service is second to none. I have never been to a jewelry store where the owner gives you such personal attention. You feel like a friend rather than just a customer. I’ve purchased several Watches from them and would certainly recommend them to anyone!

I went back to Weston Jewelers today to continue the tradition of purchasing watches from them. To me there is no other place to shop for a timepiece, as the experience is one of a kind! My daughter went with me to buy her first Rolex watch. As is always the case, you are treated like family from the moment you walk in the store. They made it special for her and all she could say was “wow I can’t believe how nice they are”! Now we just have to sit back and wait for the watch to come in! LOVE Weston Jewelers!

As a follow up to this review a few years later I have to say that things have changed dramatically. I’ve been back several times to put my name on some type of waitlist or consideration for a new Rolex and despite my being a repeat customer with a buying history of Rolex, Cartier, and jewelry for my wife, I have been treated with complete apathy. No one ever called me back on the Oyster Perpetual that I had requested several years ago and when I was at the store this past week looking for an Oyster Perpetual and/or Datejust , I was once again told they were difficult and they had none. I do find that hard to believe as other stores have at least a few of the Datejusts . They seem unwilling in any way or shape to even give me an sense of hope I will be able to get one. Again, no consideration for prior buying history. Very disappointing how things have changed. I know I will get the Rolex sooner or later, but I won’t be from their store. I will no longer be going for any watch or jewelry purchases. I feel like somebody who has been completely forgotten and the purchases that were made in the past mean nothing. 2023 UPDATE:

Almost two years ago, I called Weston Jewelers with questions about the availability of a particular Rolex model. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray, who kindly and patiently answered all of my questions. Most notably, he was not dismissive of my inquiry as many Authorized Resellers of Rolex tend to be. Ray’s customer focus and pleasant demeanor stood out to me and I kept his contact information handy for a future watch purchase. This week, I reached out to Ray to discuss some of the newly announced Rolex and Tudor models. Though it was quite a while since our previous conversation, Ray recalled our conversation and responded to me immediately. To my surprise, Ray was able to assist me with one of the more sought after Tudor models they had just received in inventory. When picking up the watch this evening, Ray gave me his undivided attention. He spent time getting to know me and was friendly and candid. Ray also took the time to showcase a selection of men’s and women’s wedding rings to my sister, who will be getting married soon. At no point during the interaction did Ray make us feel rushed. My sister will be returning to Weston Jewelers with her fiancé to further discuss rings and I’ve dropped off one of my other timepieces for servicing. It was time to buy a ring for my girlfriend. I kind of stumbled upon Weston Jewelers at the Hard Rock over a year ago. I bought a tennis bracelet from them and was quite pleased with the quality of the jewelery and customer service. I decided to go back to them for the ring purchase at the Weston location. My girlfriend and I discussed this prior so we decided to pick out the ring together. Of course she walked right up to the Tacorri settings so I knew I was in trouble immediately. Enter Ray; This gentleman knew his business. A complete professional and just about as knowledgeable as they come. Not only did he explain everything to us, but made me feel comfortable every step of the way. He did not up sell anything, explained the difference between lab mined and natural stones, and did not try to sway any decision regarding my purchase at all. I felt that whatever direction I wanted to go, he was simply there to inform, guide, and educate. We decided on buying the mined diamond not because he was steering us that way, but because that's what we wanted. It felt as if he was a salaried employee just trying to make people happy. He might and might not be, but like I said, if I wanted to buy the less expensive manufactured stones, he was equally informative and thoughtful. Needless to say, because of Ray, I felt extremely comfortable and absolutely satisfied with my purchase. I really don't know if I'm biased or never really paid enough attention to engagement rings, but this ring is probably the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have ever seen.
