I bought a battery for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in July, 2023. The supervisor at Batteries Plus installed it. A few weeks later, I started having electrical glitches in my vehicle with it stalling slightly and a window going down automatically with no warning.
This became much worse when my van almost stalled in downtown Chicago expressway traffic twice when we were coming back from vacation in August. I had my van looked at and it was eventually discovered that the person who had installed my battery lost a piece from the wedge that clamps the positive terminal to the battery. With diagnostics and installation, the new positive battery terminal cost me $291 (more than the price of the original battery.)
I took this information to the store and spoke to the supervisor. She said the manager was on vacation but would call me the next week. Never happened. I called the 800 number and spoke to a representative. She gave me an email to submit my information to, but I have not heard back from them.
If you are willing to risk that your battery be installed improperly, by all means go here. If you stall in rush hour traffic because of this, you are on your own. I will never go back because they have lost my trust...
Read moreI set up and online appointment for a cracked iPhone screen replacement easily based off of the recommendation of a coworker. I was pleasantly met by the technician at the store and was told my phone would be done in about an hour. When I returned to the store just over an hour later, the technician informed me that it would take him about 15 more minutes to get my phone put backed together, and asked if I wanted to see exactly what he was doing with my phone. It was really awesome to be able to discuss the work he was doing and see exactly what the process entails. Another customer came into the store and he apologized and said he was the only one in the store that day and mentioned it would likely be a little bit more time before he’d get my phone done, after apologizing profusely. I ran a few more errands and came back about a half hour later, and the technician was finishing up my phone. He again mentioned I could watch him finish the work on my phone. We pleasantly sat and chatted about school, the Bucks and the weekend as he finished up. Service was GREAT, and my phone is back to perfect working condition! Cudos to this location....
Read moreBought a iPhone 6 screen replacement & I paid $129 plus tax all together for $136 & the employee who has put the screen on put the screen on incorrectly and My phone was doing things by itself , my 3D Touch wasn't working and my screen did I things on its own and when I touched the screen my phone shocked my hand while I was holding it and I dropped it and it fell to the ground and the screen shattered all because the employee incorrectly put on my cell phone screen so I called the store and I told the manager what happened and he told me that the warranty doesn't cover cracked screens when It shouldn't matter my phone wasn't cracked at all but it cracked when my phone shocked me because of your employee so the manager told me that I will have to pay the $129 plus tax again so I'm not ever coming back here again because I will have to pay again because of something your employee incorrectly did to my phone . I recommend no one gets their screen fixed here because the warranty is a lie it doesn't cover everything and if your phone cracks again you will have to pay for a new screen...
