I recently started my first bracelet with them about three months ago. Needless to say I've had bad luck sense then. I had two of my charms which are clips fall off. They were not cheap ones. They were 65 a piece.. I managed to find one in my house. I put it back on thinking maybe I hit it on something and made it fall off. It fell off again and that's when I took it to the store to have it replaced. They replaced it with no problem. I thought the problem was over. Well no, It fell off again and I lost it. I called to see if I could get it replace and they said no. I was very upset. So weeks goes by and I went back to this location, to purchase another charm while there I actually exchanged the bracelet thinking it may just be the bracelet, maybe the groves may have been bad where the clips are placed. While at the store the employee dropped my bracelet on the floor and charms went all over. She picked them up but I didn't think to look to see if all my charm were back on my bracelet. I left the store and realized at work the next day I was missing my cross charm. I called the store and the manager told me there was nothing they could do to replace my cross. They made it seem like I was lying to them about my charm. Mind you I was speaking to the same person who dropped my bracelet.. Very poor customer service, even though it was her fault for dropping my bracelet they were not willing to correct the error they made. Right when I was about to hang up the phone the other employee must have been looking on the floor for it, because she yelled I found it. I never got an apology for it. I would have been out another charm, So that was not the end of my bad luck. So after getting my new bracelet a couple days later my other clip fell of and I have not yet found it. So now I am out 2 charms with the total cost of 125. The charm its self had to have a defect. I will be writing corporate because I would have never invested in a bracelet, had I known I would be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped in this store one weekend to take a look at charms because I was gifted a Pandora gift card by my sister. I explained to the Sales Rep that I was new to Pandora jewelry and asked her to show me some options. She took her time and asked what my interests were. After selecting apprx two charms that appealed to me, she showed me a catalog of additional items. WHY was the price tag in the store MORE than what was listed in their catalog?? I asked her if the catalog was maybe outdated and she confirmed that it was not, and that she could honor the cheaper (catalog) price if I made the purchase. The charm I decided on was not in the store. The Sales Rep called another store after checking online to request it be shipped here for me to purchase. She made the call while standing right in front of me. I gave her my name and number and she agreed to call once the item came in. So, I stopped in a week later (she said it'd take apprx a wk) and the item was not in. She offered to check on it while I was there but I did not have time. I asked another Associate to have her call me w/any updates. Well, that was apprx two weeks ago. I still don't have my charm, nor did anyone call me from the Bayshore Pandora store with any updates. I guess I will have to just try to purchase this charm online as the follow-through by this location was horrible. I do not plan to go back there again. Three weeks later, no charm! Price-gouging and lack of follow-through is enough for me. Poor customer service.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis morning at 10:00 AM, I went to the Pandora store, but it was closed. At 10:30 AM, I knocked on the door, and the staff rudely told me that the store opens at 11:00 AM. I mentioned that Google Maps shows the store opening at 10:00 AM, but the staff continued to be rude. I waited until 11:00 AM and entered the store, where I was met with a negative attitude. I told the staff that I wanted to return an item and exchange it for a different size. During this time, I was speaking with my friend and signed the receipt without reading it. The staff had given me a receipt for a free return and took back the bracelet that had already been paid for.
Later, they told me to choose another bracelet, which I did, but they gave me the same size. I told them that the reason I wanted to exchange it was because the size didnāt fit. I asked them to return my bracelet, saying, āI don't want this, please return my bracelet.ā Then I was subjected to racism by an employee who was Black. Racism is a crime worldwide. The employee refused to return the bracelet and threatened to call security to remove me from the store.
I called the police, but because I signed the receipt without reading it, they couldnāt do anything. However, I will not remain silent about this racist behavior, and I will file a complaint with consumer protection. I will do everything in my power to prevent this employee from behaving this way towards another customer. DO NOT REMAIN SILENT...
