UPDATE 07/18/23 I still have not received a credit for the $28 that was promised by the manager. Per our conversation, it was only supposed to take 5-7 business days. I filed a claim with my financial institution. I’d rather die from hunger than eat at this subpar and overpriced hot mess of an establishment!
UPDATE 7:18 pm The manager, I believe his name is Jason did contact me and I explained the situation. He apologized and adjusted my bill.
I appreciate the follow up. I will most likely return at a later date even if it’s just for cheesecake.
Review in Real time:
Well I chose to be seated outside. Only after I was seated for 15 minutes and no acknowledgement from service staff did I go back in to the host area and advise of such. Only then did someone come and take my order. So far I’ve been waiting about ten minutes on ice water. If I don’t have my drink and ice water by 6:10 pm I’m leaving. The restaurant is not busy.
6:06 pm The sever brought my ice water with no straw, and bread but not the strawberry infused margarita that I ordered. She seems to have rude energy.
6:15 pm I’ve been waiting ten minutes on a straw for my ice water. Sigh.
6:20 pm A manager asked if I needed anything and that I had only been asking for a straw for my ice water for 10 minutes. He brought one.
The people across from Me were only seated for 5-8 minutes before their order was taken.
The server brought out bread to them and did not bother to ask me if I needed anything. Straight rude energy.
I ordered the flatbread pizza with everything. I should have just ordered the one with pepperoni. I don’t like how the sausage tastes. .
My Strawberry infused frozen margarita tastes like ice and watered down liquor no strawberry. I don’t feel that buzz.
The last time I dined in here was 2019 and I see why. Then I just ordered some coffee with a cheesecake. The server was very nice. While my order then was under $15, I left a $10 tip because her service was awesome.
I can’t say the same for today.
6:42 p.m., I am waiting on someone to ask if I need anything else or bring the check.
6:52 p.m The server checked in with the people across from me and some people over in the corner wall and I’m still waiting on a check to see if I want to order desert or my check. It’s not my job to chase down her for desert or a check.
6:55 pm Server finally approached table. I asked for the check.o don’t want to order any cheesecake. Sadly, this will be my last time patronizing this place.

Read moreI've never experienced a more grossly mismanaged eating establishment in my entire life. Sadly, I cannot say I'm exaggerating, and even more absurd, the most profoundly disappointing parts of the regrettable decision to ever eat here was less about the food and more about basic restaurant operations.
I was already skeptical about visiting as there have been enduring word from customers and employees alike of strange levels of incompetence related to staffing choices, treatment of staff, and, frankly, whether the manager's ability to operate an establishment goes beyond turning the lights on at a back road 7/11.
Yes, that's strong language. It is necessary.
Please take this as a WARNING (⏰🔔⏰🔔⏰🔔) without reservation that by eating here you are risking your hard-earned money on a rock bottom dining experience.
Let me be clearer:
The "GOOD" The food was generally ok. Too expensive for a 4 out of 10 meal. FYI - we are not high maintenance. My friends and I have had great meals at Applebees, Chili's, Magiano's - the whole gamut of reliable and consistent casual to upscale dining fare. We don't take much to be pleased. We were....underwhelmed.
We had the Crab Artichoke Dip, Roadisde Sliders, and Avocado Eggrolls. We shared the Chicklen Riesling as well.
The obscenely "UGLY" The kitchen was backed up because apparently the manager had confused several different employees about who was actually hired for their dishwashing role. (HOW do you mess up one of the most basic responsibilities of your role and still have your job? Nepotism is usually the answer but I'm merely speculating.) This meant dishes took much longer to get out (30+ minutes late with refusals to offer compensation of any kind for the wait).
My dinner was interrupted by a manager who was LOUDLY and without any regard for professionalism badmouthing what sounded like some upper regional management.
Our meal with children present was also interrupted by the apparent manager's frankly unhinged references to "beating p*ssy up." I could not believe what was happening.
-We saw a table actually get up and leave because the establishment was so much more like a divebar-brothel than a family-oriented dining establishment.
Overall recommendation: Don't do it. Just don't. Skip it. Until they have the balls to replace management and reevaluate all of their procedures and practices, from training...
Read moreManagmeent was obnoxious, waitress was new, should have been within another associate without continuing to have to keep asking, management was rude, tables and menu was sticky and gross, we asked twice to get table wiped down. After I left, I called regarding a suspected cross contamination, with "dairy" products and having an adverse reaction. The chicken that was luke warm, NOT warm or hot and certainly not refrigerator cold to be a cold dish item - just above room temperature. In addition to a dressing on the side that was "SPICY" that she argued with me. Yet, the ingredients when she reviewed it has CHILI pepper. So then why when I've asked for something mild you're recommending a second dressing with chili PEPPERS and garlic in it. Management was clearly having a bad day. I was only able to communicate the dairy like reaction before I called it quits in even trying to discuss it further, wondering now if it was food poisoning, only had 4-5 bites. She wasn't worth my time or energy, I just won't be back. Dairy reaction for 2 days and have been fine ever since. They had 5, 6, 7, 8 times during that visit alone. I was there a week earlier, overcrowded, every table filled, same deal with the tables sticky -I brought back a soapy hand drying towel and wiped down the table ourselves. This second time being there - it was before "dinner - hours" they had most of the restaurant empty and were still overcrowding the section - directly across from the booth they already had 5-6 of what would be a party of 14, directly in front of our booth taking photos. Cheesecake Factory, you really could have sat them anywhere else in any other vacant section. Poor everything. It takes a lot to get me on a rant like this... - if there was a negative point system, they would be at a -5 points. And YES, we still paid 48.00 for two meals one in which was completely left behind. I walked out in disgust and let my friend deal with it, he paid the bill because it was pointless... there was no offer to resolve... especially after I questioned the waitress that "this dressing is hot and spicy - chicken cold", by the time that I left, I was in a full blown dairy reaction - stomach pain, nausea, just needed to be out of there. Thank goodness I had very little dressing or now in hind sight, it could have been a contamination by the...
