Started with AT&T about 8 years ago. At the time i had U400, home phone and inrernet. Also 2 cellphones. From day one i noticed the internet was slower than normal. I traveled to the Caribbean and noticed they charged me about 300 bucks in international calls (with a international package added prior to leaving the U.S). my bill showed me calling from Charlotte NC and then 6 minutes later from Montego Bay, JA. Complained for 3 days before AT&T adjusted the bill. 546 dollars removed from my account my bill was only 300. Took a week to get my money back AT&T never cared about the over draft fee. Phone was turned off 5 days in a row for money not paid after my bill was adjusted (my account was current). AT&T later said they made a mistake and reconnected me 5 days in a row (a week straight) and that it should have never been turned on. Keep in mind my bill was current. Went to the AT&T store to get 2 Note 8's. I was told i had a balance of 76 bucks i paid it. 10 mins later she comes back and informs me that i now owe 381 dollars. I was prepared to pay that and a additional 200 dollars to pay off my Note 5. they came back 20 mins later and informed me that I will not be able to get my new devices still because it takes 24 to 48 hours for their system to show i just paid over 500. I left AT&T as a customer that day and went to Verizon for less money i own my Note8 it was half price at Verizon. They also paid off my phone and contract with AT&T. Along with gift cards for 170. A much better network cheaper international calls .5 a min v.s. over a dollar a min. Check the pics below. Now its a shame when your cell phone network (Verizon) is faster than your home wifi (AT&T). On top of that.....AT&T was treating me like a wet food stamp without the book. Sorry AT&T it's time to say good bye. Always excuses with AT&T. ordered a Gear s2 never got it. After a month and a week i called AT&T they told me my order was canceled because it was not filled within 30 days. It took an additional 2 months to get my money back after being told 24 to 72 hours. All these things happen over the last 6 months or so. AT&T is no longer a good company. These are SOME of the major issues i had with AT&T. To many...
Read moreMs. Megan.......SUPERB!!!!! This young lady set up my very first IPhone and transferred everything from my previous phone to my IPhone with patience, know-how, and confidence in her work. We gained a friendship that very first day. I am spiritually gifted and I knew she was knowledgeable about not only her job, but life at a young age. Megan should be a manager.... her people skills are impeccable. Her skills shine but not as much as they should. Today I brought my phone in because my contacts disappeared and I couldnât figure out how they vanished. I even called customer service and they couldnât come up a solution. Well I went to the same AT&T to have someone resolve my issue and low and behold, there she was. Waving to say Hello. The associate helping me could not resolve, but I knew Megan could and she did. She not only figured out my Apple ID, figured out why my contacts were missing, found and replaced my contacts and made sure it doesnât happen again....She is a master at her craft. Pride is evident in her job, striving to be the best and accomplishing it in the shadows. She needs to be upfront where her light can gleam....One of the...
Read moreOver 3 hours of waiting only achieved getting 2 phone lines transferred and they never got the watch working. - never go in the Glendale store and never start with AT&T. The price given in this store started at $120 for one cell line, then went to $90 after I told them that was insane and then went to $80 after I told them I had a lower quote from another AT&T store. They estimated two cell phones and one watch with wireless hot spots for the phones to be $115/mon total. I asked them to 100% confirm that price based on them screwing up pricing already and they confirmed that was correct. After porting my numbers over from Verizon (who had many hidden fees), AT&T Glendale then tells me the price is $155 WITHOUT wireless hot spots. I now have a $310 AT&T bill for 6 days of service before I switched to US Cellular. So far US Cellular has been honest and rapid with switching my service over and my first bill was the price they estimated. If you enjoy being lied to and enjoy wasting money and time, AT&T Glendale is your...
