Came in with the intention to pay $800 for the new Samsung phone, had no upgrade available but was going to be a full paying customer regardless . I walked in the first time and a sales person by the name of Tony stood by the door staring, I walk up to him and tell him what I was there for. Not only was he the most rude and disrespectful associate I have ever dealt with (I myself with years of retail experience ) he refused to help me. I went back a second time later that day only to receive no help from Tony yet again. A few other people helped me but they eventually sent me away saying that they could not give me what I wanted. The other assoicates attempted to help me which is not saying much however if you ever go to this store avoid an associate named Tony . I then was forced to locate the phone on my own and spent a whole day running around different stores where it would have been so much easier to simply inform me what stores had the merchandise I was looking for . But for this chain of zerizon it seemed as though they could care less . So thank you for ruining my day Bayshore Verizon and Tony thank you for the horrible service and I still received no apology from Tony or any of the Verizon staff , thank you for a terrible...
Read moreI had a great experience with the team at this Verizon Store. I recently bought my 10 year old son an Apple Watch. I tried to set it up myself but ran in to problems. During this time I received a call from Julius to see how things were going with the watch. He was very helpful and even responded to my text messages when I had questions. I tried troubleshooting myself, struggled and decided to stop into the store today for help. I was greeted by a very nice guy who checked me in immediately and I waited for about 5 minutes. Once it was my turn, I was met by Andrew. I explained what was going on and he got to work on it right away. It took a while to fix but Andrew did a great job! The watch is now working and my son is thrilled!!
I should also mention that Andrew had his teammates help with resolving my issues, these guys are a great team working together to help resolve their customer's issues!!
Andrew also was able to get my family's plan upgraded which turned into monthly savings on all of my lines.

I was given a price of $170 for unlimited and the rep changed my plan then comes back with a price $40 more. I declined the upgrade and he said “you told me to change it”. Yes I did when he gave me a price that was $40 lower then what he came back with. Not only was I there for over an hour, another customer that was there before me ended up coming back in questioning about his plan and then another customer returned complaining bout why her plan is higher then what they give her. If you do stop by here or anywhere else make sure to have them give you the EXACT amount before letting them changing anything.
