The worst customer service ever. Do not go to this Panda Express if Roberto is still working there. This man has the worst customer service. This was my second time dealing with him. The first time he gave me attitude just because I had my family food order. He gave me sloppy food and we still decided to give it another shot at it. Well today was the day that I had enough with his service. Once I walked in the store he saw me and Iām guessing he remembered me since he gave me the face like is you again. I order and I saw he was serving me very small portions of chow mein to all my orders. I asked him if he could add a bit more thatās when he gave me the worst service. He was acting like he didnāt understand me, he couldnāt hear me. Telling me it was my mask. I then raise my voice to him. What upset me the most was my kids food. The portions are unacceptable, their meal looked like if it was left over from the next day when your kid do not eat their whole meal and save it for the next day. I was straight forward told him that he shouldnāt work in a place he didnāt like. I came home told my wife what happen and show her the orders. This is what insane. She called to speak to the manager and who is the manager Roberto. She told him she was going to call corporate and show them pixz of what he serve. We payed for our meal $42.54 it wasnāt a free meal. He told her that it wasnāt his fault that he couldnāt hear what I was asking him to do and that if we wanted more portions on the kids meal to order bigger combos next time. He never apologized for any misunderstanding for being rude. He blame everything on me the customer. The worst part he hanged up on my wife while she was taking to him. This is the man my brother in law would mention to us about having bad service and the reason why they stop going. Yes we are boycotting this Panda and will make sure to let others know how Roberto treats his customer just how my brother in law...

Strike one: Asking me to pull forward and park in front of the store then forgetting about me. After 10 min I went into the restaurant and was told they forgot about my order and I would need to wait 10-15 min for them to prepare more grilled chicken.
Strike two: ordered two meals in the drive thru got home and discovered it was one and a half of the meals. They must have gotten distracted when making the plate and forgot one of the entrees entirely.
Strike three: order Teriyaki chicken in the restaurant, was told it would take 10-15 min is that ok? I responded yes and proceeded to wait on my order. It was forgotten about... AGAIN.. second time this location has completely forgotten about me.
Even given all of that I still tried to continue eating there. Today marks 4 times in a row of attempting to order and just leaving. Iāve attempted to order Grilled chicken on my last 4 trips to this location and was asked to wait 10-15 min for it to cook. After my previous experiences at this location I canāt justify waiting again. If I was the owner of this location Id be beyond Embarrassed by service my location...

We also asked for condiments (soy sauce and chili) but there was none. We also asked the guy who ran the order out to us if there was soy sauce and chili in the bag and he said yeah! After waiting 10-15 mins we get home unsatisfied with our meals. So I called and Albert (shift manager) tells me to bring the plates back with receipt to remake the meals and Iām like āwhy do I have to bring the food back to show that Iām not lying!ā He then tells me heās not trying make things hard for me but I donāt feel like driving back after working all day and I didnāt feel like cooking so we chose to eat out ⦠maybe we shouldāve settled for spaghetti if we were going to get treated like that! He couldāve just comp the plates that were messed up and took our receipt and send that to corporate! Albert you are very unprofessional and Iāve never had any problems at this location until today!
