Five Below — Attraction in Wilkes-Barre Township

Picture this a cool rainy September morning. Well like mid day oh and it's a Sunday too . With this in mind we'll proceed. As I said it was a cool misty mid day September morning . I walk up to the door and boom there it is and when I say it I mean heaven. I could not believe the items for sale $5 and below it was amazing. Then as I was walking around and genuinely enjoying my time there I had walked into the $5 and above club .Wow no bouncer ,no security, cover charge this place was banging , I mean it was off the hook . I couldn't believe my eyes I had somehow found another club inside a club . If you have the time go do it you owe it...

I created an online order it said some of the items i chose weren't available to be shipped so i had to pick them up at the store however when I got there they said some of the items that were supposed to be at store were not available at the store, so thats an issue for me (don't offer online what you cant provide through your store or shipping) also the staff said the missing items from the order would be refunded in 7 days or so and couldn't confirm how or when I'd be notified that the refund would be processed at all. Just ridiculous to think if their online ordering/stock is incorrect maybe they have no real follow through for...

I had the impression of being in a Dollar General store. Items were scattered across the floor, and the aisles were obstructed. Your staff did not even make eye contact or offer a greeting. When I was in the aisle and spotted an employee, they quickly averted their gaze as if they were too occupied to assist. Perhaps it would be better to remove the two self-checkout stations and replace them with a real cashier, as teenagers appear to lose brain functions at these registers.
