Well I guess I should start by saying I was looking at alot of different mattress places online and kept coming back k to Mattress firm so I said well Monica get dressed and go over there I walked in there was 2 employees one was helping a customer that was there and the other was on the phone helping another one so I waited Tracy finished up her call and first apologized that she took a minute and introduced herself I read people very well and just knew when I said hello to her she was a very sweet women I was undecided and was going back and forth and she was extremely patient with me and with a smile and the biggest thing to me was she knew her stuff when I say that I mean 💯 she explained everything cause sometimes things sound foreign when there reading the warranty or other things she told me everything so I understood it also I was going to get a more expensive bed but at the end of the sale I changed my mind and I felt terrible I said Tracy I'm so sorry that I had gotten a bed that was so much less I know you all work on commission I was in tears 😢 Tracy said Monica.please I was more concerned about you just getting a bed that met your needs so you can sleep better that's what's . When I went to search for my new mattress, I had gone to my local Mattress Firm store in Lehighton. The sleep expert who assisted me was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I was looking for something that would be comfortable and yet supportive for my back and hips. I was shown various styles, comparing firmness and softness, and different types of beds that can be plugged in, and the mattresses can be positioned differently. The sleep expert also assisted me with price comparisons. She was very thorough and patient, especially considering I have a visual impairment. She was very compassionate and respectful with me. In the end, I found just the right mattress and box spring. I also purchased two lovely, comfortable pillows with her assistance. The mattress has a good-quality look and feel to it. After sleeping in it just one night, it made a tremendous difference in helping my back and hips, and it left me with a delightful full night's sleep that I hadn't experience before. Each night, as I climb into bed, it's almost an immediate transition into a comfortable night's sleep. When I wake up, I'm not experiencing any pain or discomfort. From start to finish, my husband and I had a white glove experience with this store. Our sleep expert, Micah, made our experience feel truly one of a kind. He listened to our needs and made recommendations accordingly. He did so seamlessly, and with such personality. We were not intending to purchase a mattress the day we walked in store, but had such a good experience that we did!

We did have a few hiccups with delivery that were partially our fault. However, Micah, and even Eric, stepped in to help continue that white glove experience.
