I recently had the pleasure of dining at CoreLife in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and I have to say, it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. For anyone who prioritizes fresh, wholesome food, attentive service, and a stress-free dining experience, CoreLife hits all the marks. The restaurant itself is centered around the concept of providing fresh, made-from-scratch meals that cater to a variety of dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. You can tell that health and quality are their top priorities, which is something I really appreciate. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain the menu, offered suggestions based on my preferences, and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. It's rare to find such personalized service, especially in a fast-casual setting, and it really made a difference. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and full of variety. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty bowl, a refreshing salad, or a warm broth-based dish, CoreLife has something to satisfy every craving. I opted for one of their signature bowls, and the combination of vibrant, crisp vegetables, perfectly cooked grains, and a deliciously seasoned protein left me more than satisfied. It's clear that they take pride in the quality of their ingredients, and it shows in every bite. Another major plus was the parking situation. CoreLife is located in an area with easy, hassle-free parking, which is always a relief when you're looking for a quick and convenient meal. No circling the block or searching for a spot—just pull in, park, and enjoy. Overall, CoreLife in Wilkes-Barre is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for fresh, delicious food served by a caring and attentive staff. Whether you're health-conscious or just looking for a great meal, this place has you covered. I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Nice build your own spot! It’s like a Chipotle but with healthier options. There’s a bit more variety in types of food too like with some Asian mix. They also have smoothies and set bowls and wraps if you don’t want to make your own. The menu was confusing at first, but the staff members were very nice about it and answered all of our questions. We got a large tuna poke bowl, built our own bowl, and made our own box. The tuna bowl could have used more tuna because it was a large and it was more acidic than I liked. The avocado helped balance the spicy sauce. Make your own box was $15 and you pick a protein, two warm sides (pretty confused on what this was and there were no signs about what is a warm side), and a sauce. I don’t think it was worth $15 though because it had much less toppings and only had a meat and two sides basically. Warm sides included Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, rosemary red potato’s, and Mac and cheese. There was a list of sauces we could pick from which was nice. The build your own bowl is similar to chipotle except we are limited to 5 toppings but it’s cheaper I think. Avocado is an extra fee also. The steak was medium rare which is what we wanted, but the staff also said they could cook our steak to well done if we wanted to. It’s good to know that we have options and they can accommodate. There’s lots of parking (free, and the place is spacious with lots of tables and chairs.

If you are looking for healthy, fresh foods made with wholesome ingredients you would be hard pressed to find a place better than Core Life. Their menu is a mixture of broth bowls (soups, basically), grain bowls, and salads. Don't be afraid to ask questions, the staff at this location was super friendly and helpful. They even agreed to let me take a photo of the counter, though it was busy. ^_^ Though their menu is at first a bit inaccessible due to the sheer number of options I would recommend going with one of their pre-made choices so you can get a feel for what is possible. This is an excellent choice for vegans and vegetarians, as their choices of veggies is staggering. Everything can also be made with tofu and their tofu is one of the more flavorful I've come across. I've been to two Core Life locations, this one and the one in Syracuse, NY. This one is *clearly* extremely new, everything is spotless. Overall, I highly recommend a visit.

This place is hit and miss, going in person and ordering is better because you can see what they're doing and give better instructions, but ordering online is awful, I ordered a build your own bowl, wanted beef with quinoa, beans, and feta, and then also raw tuna with rice, then put in the instructions "please do not mix/toss ingredients" and when I brought my order home, it was all mixed together, looked like a bowl of puke, dunno if the feta was even in there, couldny find any, the dressing should always be on the side, I assumed it would be, I would have added another note to say put it on the side but it had no option for that and I ran out of space in the instructions, if corelife wants to improve their app, I would suggest several things - add opinions for putting dressing on the side, add more than just 2 options for a base to your bowl, I wanted to build a broth bowl with chicken broth, rice noodle, and spinach, wouldn't let me do that, I can do it in the restaurant easily, why not online? Another option should be portions, the ability to choose how much of an ingredient you want, like "less, normal, extra" or measurements in cup sizes. And then I'd suggest the option of not mixing the different foods you choose, why not containers with sections in them? For how expensive this place is I don't think it would be too much to ask for things to be more customizable, But as things are right now, I don't intend on ordering...
