I don't live in PA any longer, but since I've been back and from the moment I started going to Primo's it has become the ONLY place I get my hoagies from. It's small and it's tucked into the shopping center, but it is hands down one of my favorite little shops in the area. Italian bread is Italian bread, but I sweat it tastes better here. These are hands down the best subs/hoagies you will get in the area. They are also instagram worthy. The attention to detail here is very high. The people who work here take pride in what they do and you can tell wirh the level of respect, sincerity and genuine commentary for the customer. There was a small mistake on my order, and the associate I met, Shaun was immediately on it making me a new hoagie. This was shortly after a rude customer had just left. For this man to be as respectful as he was just having dealt with such an unruly customer, to not only help me but to genuinely take care of my order with the same level of patience as any other customer, that means alot in my book. Each and every person I have met here is extremely respectful and good people. If you're in the area, and you want a REAL Italian hoagie, this place is a must. Especially if you like spicy like me, the get the Diablo. Delicious food, warm people, that take pride and respect seriously

The atmosphere is very cheap looking, and there is no music or customer service that comes to your table to check if your food or their services are up to expectations. They don't welcome you into their business when you enter. The food is made as cheap as it possible can be. I ordered a pizza cheese steak. All it was was cheap steak umms and tomato soup. My sandwich was mushy and dripped everywhere. My husband and I ordered 2 half-inch steak subs, a bag of chips, and 1 soda, and the price was astronomical . It came out to be $38.00. Then they have a sign that you can only see if you are walking towards their bathroom. That's stated, you can get a combo meal with chips and soda included with your suds for $15.00. We didn't even get 2 bags of chips or 2 sodas. What a rip-off and the quality of food is...

The buns must have come right out of the oven when I placed my order for my primo sized American cold cut hoagie with lettuce, tomato, onion, and oil and vinegar. It was made with the bun being very warm and that it ruined the whole taste of my hoagie. It melted the cheese to a soggy texture like when a hoagie sits outside on a hot day. A cold cut doesn't mean warm bun. And I didn't ask for a baked hoagie. I was going to take it back in, but I was so pressed for time. But I just took it apart and ate what I liked or what tasted ok. When I did a review on my Primo app, they asked for the ticket number. I'm going to check my truck it might be in there. I believe it was last Monday evening, 7pm. I am not from the area, but I used to stop at the previous location on Rt 309 a lot it...
