Oh where do I begin.. by far a very bad experience, having a medical issue, I come home to my unit in my living room, was not even brought up to my bedroom, and they left my box spring which they were supposed to take! So with a brain aneurysm and MS I brought this up and had to learn to set this thing up... not happy! After adjusting and trying to find a good number which is not working, I call costumer service and they want 199.00 for delivery to come pick it up.. I can barely move from not getting a good rest and now have to pay more money!! Unbelievable by far the worst experiences!!! Now today I have multiple calls from delivery, asking me what they are coming for, ummm the box spring you left the first time.. get to my house which I had placed the box out already, they tell me they will come back to get it after other jobs?????what???? Was told one of my bedding items would be free, but none of them were. Was asked if I wanted to pay $100 extra for in home setup and declined, was charged $90 for delivery anyway. Was told SleepIQ was included in my purchase, it was a $150 option added on to my total. Was given some bedding at the store and more was shipped to me that cannot be returned, even if unopened. The bed was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days. It is now over 2 weeks and has not been shipped. I can't cancel the order because of the bedding return policy. I could look past a lot of this if I at least had my new bed, but they cannot even tell me when it'll ship. Have tried calling the store, but no one answers or returns messages. Read moreWe spent over an hour in the store ordering a mid of the road sleep number bed during the Labor Day sale. We explained that we just moved in to a very small old farm house. We even explained the movers had hoist furniture over a balcony because of the narrow staircase. After we ordered our bed with a split boxspring because of size issues the salesman told us it takes 3 weeks for delivery. That was the first big snag in a world with next day delivery we are willing to give a week but 3. He explained the beds are made to order. Ok.
