I hope this message finds you well.

I recently had several suit jackets tailored at your establishment. Unfortunately, after wearing them to work, I received feedback from my director regarding the sleeve length and overall fit. My colleagues also expressed concerns about the sleeves, indicating that the tailoring did not meet today’s professional standards and detracted from my appearance.

While the trousers were tailored correctly, the jackets did not align with current standards. Consequently, I decided to discontinue wearing the jackets and reverted to my previously tailored blazers and sport coats for a more polished look. I am hesitant to return for further alterations, as I am concerned about the possibility of additional errors.

Regrettably, I feel that my investment of $170 has not yielded the desired results, and I no longer have confidence in your services. While I understand that a refund may not be possible, I wanted to share my experience for your consideration.

So, Kranson's has had my American Legion shirt for a year. I checked in every 3 months or so, each time was told about how many embroider they've gone through. 1 YEAR later, finally, embroidery done. They still charged me full price! Shirt was dry cleaned prior to me giving it to them, as is their policy. After 1 YEAR, I received it back wrinkled, so will have to launder it yet again. An establishment that has been in business this long that used to be respected, no longer. Pay full price after literally 1 year, unbelievable. If I could rate lower than 1 , I would. Once again Kransons clothes comes in clutch. I had an event planned but had an issue fitting into an old suit when trying on at home. I stopped in to be fitted for a suit in a pinch and their staff and owner were more than accommodating. My family and I have been shopping here for generations and have never had a bad experience. If youre in need of men's clothing this is the place to go over any chain, box or department store. This store is still family run which is a rarity in today's climate.
