I used to go to them all the time when they were here in Hazelton, but now their up in Wilkes Barre. But it's worth the trip to get your tunes!! They have CD'S, VINYL, BOOKS and some cool shirts up their too, from older favorites, to new. "Rich is the man"!! I can't tell you how many times I couldn't find what I wanted, and Rich would hit the computer and BANG!!! Found it!!! Then when it's in, you'll get a call and go pick it up, and turn it up!! This is the second time that I've come into your store and been told by the employee that he couldn't accept my vinyl and cds because he didn't know prices. He said he could give me a receipt and I could come back another day to see what you would purchase. I don't live in Wilkes Barre. I'm not going to drive back there and waste gas. I don't understand if someone is working there and it says they buy and sell vinyl right out front on the sign, how can the employee not know what to do? Maybe you should have certain days that you accept vinyl when the person who is working, knows prices. I planned on looking to buy some stuff while I was there but left without even looking...

Called to ask about whether they'd be getting a certain record store day record in or if I could place an order for them to get it in and the employee that answered was just desperate to get off the phone with me. He cut me off mid sentence, didn't listen to what I was actually asking, and hung up on me before I could finish asking my question. The record store day website lists this store as one that accepts pre orders and I simply wanted to know if they would be able to get the one I wanted in but he wouldn't even let me ask....
