Visited this venue for the first time for a show. The show was amazing but when you go expect that your knees will be hitting the chair in front of you, the rows are so tight to the wall that there's only one way to and from your seat, the staff had problems helping people find their seats, and lastly. There will be people moving around all night during the show. So get used to standing up so they can get back to their seat. But like I said. The show was amazing. It's a beautiful building. They have plenty of restrooms, snack bars and drink stations. Just be ready for tight quarters. They want to sell as many seats as possible.

Beautiful temple grounds and temple with well organized parking and entrance to the building complex. They require reservations for weekends and holidays, but we went on a weekday, so it was easy. There is a vegetarian restaurant inside that grrs busy at lunch, but they had a good system to keep everything moving. We liked the food there as well as the temple itself.

The Baby Grand is connected to the Grand Opera House. It's used when the audiences will not be quite as large as that of the main venue. The theater itself is lovely, comfortable seats, excellent sight lines. There's not a bad seat in the house. Not surprisingly, the quality of all the shows they present is excellent.

Great place, I would have given it "5" stars; however, if i pay for a VIP package, I want it. The problem was, the gift bag was nowhere to be found; we were given different reasons; and in the end, no one had answers-- Not staff, volunteers or entertainer's staff. UPDATE: So, the gift bag arrived via USPS; however, both T-shirts were sized large. We framed one and have the other away...do better "promotions" or hire me for assistance. Seriously though, that could have been handled simply by asking for sizes in advance, and advising patrons the gift bag...

Wonderful place to see a show. Parking was easy which is what I was worried about the most. Plenty of parking on the street after 6:00 pm but if you are worried about on the street there are several parking garages. Employees are superb. The baby grand is very small but not over crowded. Every seat is a wonderful seat to see and hear. Prices are reasonable. A...
