Walgreens — Local services in Wilmington

Got a call from them claiming they didn’t have my prescription in stock, when it was one of the most commonly available antibiotics, and said that I would have to call other Walgreens, check that they had it in stock, and transfer it myself.

When calling other Walgreens, they couldn’t believe this location didn’t have it and called on my behalf to transfer the prescription. At that point, this location said “they went to go get it and have it now.” They said it would be ready in 30 minutes.

I show up 45 minutes later and they tell me I have to come back an hour later. I come back an hour and a half later and I again have to wait half an hour.

All for 10 pills of an extremely common antibiotic. Never shopping at...

Went there today to pick up a prescription. It was sent over at 11 so I went at 12. They told me it wasn't ready and to come back at 2. I went there at 2. The store is consistently out of stock of at least half their merchandise, if you want anything simple like soap or deodorant it's gonna take a while cause they're all locked up and someone has to come get it for you. Pretty rare I go to this store and the things I wanna purchase are in stock and available, it's real disappointing. Don't understand how keeping inventory is such a constant struggle...
