Communication is horrible. I ordered my couch on the 21st of July. Went to the store to see it because Angel said it was a used one when I know online I picked new. So, I ended up ordering a new one. He said it would be in by Monday. I heard nothing. I called and he said a delivery was coming that day. I hear nothing else and called back Thursday when his employee then said Angel was waiting to hear back from someone about shipping and would wait and see if he heard from her tomorrow. I told them no, I need more information today because I no longer have a couch in my house. They still waited until the next day (Friday) to "investigate" and find out the couch was on backorder. So my choices were to "find another couch or get a refund." I said refund and woke up this morning to another charge from rent-a-center on my account. I called this morning about the new charge. The employee thay answered laughed and put the manager on the phone. Angel said everything was refunded. I asked for am email confirmation and he told me I had to go into the store for a hard copy and he has no way of emailing me proof my money was refunded. When I asked him to repeat the number of charges refunded and the amount he said "40 something and 2 charges" to which I corrected him and told him there are 3 charges to be refunded ans he said "oh yeah I'm doing that one now." But apparently they were all refunded and canceled this morning.

The lady that originally helped me set everything up called me to say my payment was due but I was confused bc my payment wasnāt due for another 6 days so she apologized said sheāll have her manager fix the dates. I get a call back from the manger princess who sounded like a man but acted like a girl and demanded a payment or he was going to pick up the tv. I let him talk and told him to come pick up his tv bc the way he started the conversation was very aggressive and I didnāt need to do no business with no establishment with a manger like that. No shade to the lady that helped me but when she processed my payment I remember giving personal to set up autopay on the card I made the original payment on.
