These are the best hoagies in the Lehigh Valley and the best hoagies I have ever had by far. The deli meats and cheeses they use are always fresh and taste high-end, top quality, delicious. Lest we forget the primo roll which adds that uniquely baked flavor and texture to the hoagie. The sharp Italian hoagie here is unrivaled as the best Italian hoagie in the Lehigh Valley(in my opinion). All the ingredients combined (roll,meats,cheese,veggies and condiments) make one genuinely mouth watering, taste bud stimulating sandwich. I have had delivery and ate at this restaurant. The delivery has always been on time(when they are actually on Grubhub) and the driver has always been polite and never angry(also finds my hard to find apartment well without having to call!). When you’re at the restaurant it’s as typical as most high-end chains where you seat yourself and they will bring your food out to you. Never have had any problems with the employees and food is always served in a timely manner. The restaurant itself is clean and well kept and you will rarely ever find any dirt or dust even on the floor. In terms of food quality, Primo Hoagies is the best sandwich from a chain you will have. In terms of quantity to price ratio, it does lack because it is probably the priciest sandwich you will find for the amount of food you get. In my opinion, it is worth every penny if you want the best hoagie or catering out there. Primo Hoagies rivals any other hoagie chain as arguably the best sandwich chain out there. Ordered a hoagie tray 3 days in advance for a super bowl party. When you order online, you must pay online. I have no problem with that, however the fun began when I arrived after my pickup time to get my order. We were greeted in a friendly manner. I gave my order information, when they went to retrieve my order it was surprisingly not ready, and nobody had a clue as to why. After a little back and forth I was told, oh well the order was probably pulled Friday and made then but it was not ready, and that is what usually happens when you order in advance, but not the same day. I was flabbergasted. I have no idea what kind of operation is being run but it’s horrible. No manager in house on a high volume sales day. And the woman who “helped” us was very displeasing, rude and unaccommodating. When we were told no problem and they needed 15 minutes to make and we would come back and no problem. We came back 15 minutes later and got no tray. And a ton of attitude. I will be calling the manager her Monday. And hopefully will get something resolved...

They have YET to fail me! The very best hoagie I've had in my 44 years of existence so far! Their ROLLS are what puts them WAY out in front of the competition!

Between my wife and I we've had a Turkey and Cheese, Italian, a Bada Bing, the Bada Boom, Chicken Parmigiana, Old Worldstyle Meatball and my personal favorite, the Italian Diablo! They're all very good sandwiches!
