Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Wilson

I got excited to try this chipotle because the one on 248 isn’t the best. Guess what brand new doesn’t mean a thing. The employee serving my bowl barely put any rice in to start and I asked 4 times for more rice and each time he put just a little bit in. When it came time for the chicken I barely got anything, I asked him for more and he goes will you pay for double. I said no I barely got anything to begin with. When I said I want more chicken without paying extra he brushed me off and said oh that’s okay and moved me along. I asked him quietly if he is being watched for the portions and he shook his head yes. I feel bad for the employees because they get all of the heat but management forces them to try and skimp on portions. The only good chipotle in the area is on airport road. Ashame for paying 10 dollars minimum you have to beg for an adequate amount of food. Iv been loyal to chipotle for years but I notice it just keeps...

I decided to stop by this location since I was already in the area and didn’t feel like driving to my usual spot at Madison Farms. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food wasn’t terrible, but it certainly wasn’t good either. The chicken was extremely chewy and fatty, the beans appeared to have been sitting out for quite some time, and by 6 p.m. many of the toppings were already unavailable. It may be that the kitchen staff could benefit from additional training, but overall, the quality just wasn’t up to standard. I ended up throwing the bowl away halfway through and will be sticking to the Madison Farms location...

Update went back for a second time they were out of a ton of food. Idk if it's chipotle or being understaffed or popularity but every single chipotle is always out of something idk why I bother

Super happy with my order I ran in with my toddler to grab a burrito and everyone was so efficient and quick!! Especially with it being their first day open - all the employees...
