Worst pedicure ever. This is something I do infrequently, and just needed a pick me up. To start, the tech cut my nail crooked and below the nailbed,so I had to get an acrylic rebuild of my nail to correct. He then painted all of my cuticles and didn't remove the old polish off my pinky toe, just painted over it. It was dark blue,I got a lavender iridescent. Its now different color than all my other toes. He massaged one of my legs for 3 min and the other was nearly 45 seconds. Im not joking or exaggerating. I felt like the experience with the gentleman was like letting my grandchildren paint my toes- except I had to pay $60+ tip for it. They do not dry your polish before leaving,no uv or fan dryers. He then smeared the polish while " touching" to see if it was enough to send me on my way. He then repained the one toe,so now none of the ploish matches due to darker on one side from adding coat. I guess I couldn't believe the repetition of the mistakes/ failures.I could not communicate with Him either as he didn't understand me.While I left a decent tip for the poor woman had to come fix his chop job to my nails for rebuild,I will never return.Worst experience ever- while the lady ringing me out on register offered to " fix" it as even she noticed the atrocities- I have no plans to return, and hope to find a better place. It was sad to need a pick me up and be so let down.UPDATE- In response to the stores timely reply regarding what I paid and transparency- while true I paid for the 48 dollar pedicure, with a given 5 discount. You must have forgotten the prepaid manicure with shellac at 35 total for my friend. I also supplied 10 tip to that horrible 43 buck pedicure. I stand at my pricing statement of 60+ spent at your location on day of complaint, my dissatisfaction of services, and I do not agree with your "transparency". Please include all details if you intend to assert corrections to improve your...
Read moreI had been a regular at Vivid Nails since they opened, their main selling point was they were open on Sunday's when others in town were not. The job they did was okay, nothing great and their customer service left a lot to be desired. I continued to go because Sunday's are convenient for me. I never liked that they speak in their native language while I'm the only one not understanding them. It's plain rude and I definitely felt like they were talking about me. They need to learn a lot about customer service. If they think I need my brows waxed, they can offer the service, but not insist that my brows look terrible in front of other clients. When I did decide to use their waxing services they didn't listen to what I wanted and gave me very thin brows that I didn't want. They say they take walk-ins, but they'll turn you down for being too busy.
The final straw for me was when I made a 10:00am appointment on Saturday so I could make it to an 11:00am appointment elsewhere, I arrived at 9:55am - they only have two people there who can do my fill and two clients in the process of getting their nails done. (They have what appears to be unlimited number of people to do pedicures.) I pick my color and sit to wait. 10:00 comes around and nothing. I wait until 10:15 and realize that if I wait for them I'm going to miss my 11:00am appointment in another part of town. I get up and leave.
What I expected was at first a greeting and ask if I have an appointment. Second, I would expect them to have enough people on staff to be able to take care of a previously set appointment. Third, I would expect they let me know how long my wait would be so I can make a decision right away and not have to wait for them. And finally, I would expect an apology for not meeting their end of the set appointment.
This place of business has disappointed me...

I was in Wilsonville today wasting time and thought i would get my toes done haven't in awhile and going on vacation so i thought i would do it today. I went to a few places in Wilsonville and walked in one and the place was dirty and the chairs were old and white but mainly brown from the dirt and the ladies there really didn't pay that much attention to me so i walked out and drove to Fred Myers to get a bite to eat and i saw this shop called Vivid nails so i stopped in and right away they said good morning how can we help you. I told them what i needed and was going to get something to eat they said to come back after and they would be happy to help me... So went to eat came back about 45 minutes later and got in and man was it worth it ... They had nice chairs to massage my back and warm water and clean place ... i don't really like my feet touched especially with anything sharp... They asked if i need anything to drink i said a Coke and they had it, cold too .... they cut my toenails and massaged my legs and my toes haven't looked that good in along time lol ... any ways go there and spread the word thanks again...
