MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Wilsonville

I will never Order from Mod pizza Wilsonville again. I didn't even want leave a 1 star but had to in order to leave a review on Crystal who Julio whom answered the phone instructed me was the General Manager. I sweetly explained to Crystal that my last 3 pizzas ordered from Doordash had no artichoke hearts on the pizzas; which I have ordered prior many times and they all had artichoke hearts on them and not just leaves like I've been receiving and that maybe in the future if they could PLEASE add a few more actual artichokes on to go orders that would be awesome. Crystal then proceeded to tell me "leaves are what you get and my employees can't pick thru just to get you hearts and that leaves are edible to"!

They are advertised as artichokes and not artichoke leaves I explained to Crystal and maybe at least one artichoke would be nice...and she went on to argue "that the eating of artichokes leaves should be just fine and that she didn't appreciate being yelled at by someone that she doesn't know?????" Like huh???.....A. I'm the customer....B. don't continue to rationalize and be argumentative with a customer whom is obviously attempting to make your customer service better without asking for a refund from you.... and C. To tell a customer you don't appreciate being yelled at by someone you don't know??... Well that's because I'm a CUSTOMER and you're not supposed to know me Crystal!! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE EMPATHY for the situation and maturely say..."thank you for the feedback and I hope we do better next time and we look forward to your business again!" But sadly Crystal didn't say that; therefore you lost this weekly...

Food:. The pizza was terrific. I was delighted to see they had not only a gluten-free option but another allergen friendly one with the cauliflower crust. They have some pre-selected options but you could also just go through their bar and order what you like. I got the cauliflower crust with barbecue chicken and it was great.

Staff: The staff were polite and working hard. Not super friendly, just doing their job.

Atmosphere: The location is easy to access. The facility itself definitely needed some cleaning. I found a table that didn't have a lot of junk on it and wiped it down a little bit. It felt like the pop area and the floor could use a good cleaning. This is the one place I thought it needed a little bit more attention. There's both inside and outside dining options. Overall the facility is a nice feel to it, it just needed to be cleaned.

Price: you can get three different sizes. We got the mod size which is about 11 in in diameter. It was more than enough pizza for one person I thought. In fact I walked out with 1/3 of mine left. The cauliflower crust was about $14 and the regular mod size is $11. These are reasonable prices in today's expensive world.

Overall:. I very much enjoyed the pizza. The environment was nice just needed to be cleaned a little. And the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend a trip...

I went to this mod tonight and service was not what was expected, when I went in the guy didn’t greet us or anything and then proceeded to not help us for about 5 min or so and then when he did decide to help us he was really rude and we don’t understand why , he didn’t seem to be the only one working but the other employee we did see only came out for a split second maybe lack of help made the employees act this way ? I’m not to sure if the people dinning in received the same service but I sure hope not , it makes me not want to go back . That not the only thing that went wrong my pizza did taste good for the most part but if you see the way the topping and and the sauce was put in my pizza was not very well placed , I have two slices that are completely covered in sauce and no toppings and then some with heavy toppings and my pizza was cut so uneven , I’m not sure if this was on purpose but I kinda feel like it was . Not very pleased...
