Previously this year I bought a mattress and adjustable box spring at mattress firm same location everything. I was so happy with my bed and the service l got. So that's where I went back to when I needed another one. I have medical issues so I stay at different homes of my children's at different times so having a good bed at each home is important to me. I'm on oxygen 24 hours a day so the time I have when I do go out is limited to the air in my tank. When I went to purchase another bed for my son's house this week Terrence was the sales person that was there. I knew in 10 minutes what I wanted. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and had to leave because my air was getting low. Terrence was unable to get me a bottom-line number before I had to leave. There was no one else in the store at this time. He told me he would call me back very quickly. I went home weighted an hour and 45 minutes. I called him he said he was really busy and I said all I need is the number and he said okay and hung up on me. I waited a while to see if he called me back he did not. I called him back again. We agreed on the number I had already given him the delivery address everything all I needed to do was come back in and pay him because I was using cash. So the next day I went back in. and he was trying to help someone else. I waited and waited and after 30 minutes I had to leave again. So it took me a third visit to go in I and pay for my bed and get my receipt. The third time I was sitting across the desk from him within two or three feet and he did not have a mask on the whole time I was in there the third time. I love the products, prices, and delivery and setup. The process was so stressful for me that I just would not be able to deal with him again. Six months ago we used the Mattress Firm website to file a warranty claim. The site is easy to use - we just followed the directions and submitted photos as requested. We received a reply very quickly. The decision was to replace the box springs. We took the letter and went to a nearby Mattress Firm Store. Our new box springs was delivered two days later (we had to pay the delivery fee). Six months later we were even more dissatisfied with the mattress. We filed another warranty claim but this time opted to pay $79 for a third party to come and assess the mattress in person. Mattress Firm guided us through the process of payment and scheduling. Three weeks later the assessment to place (a 10 minute process). We received an email two days later from Mattress Firm letting us know that our claim was successful and that we were given credit in the full amount of the purchase price. We took our letter to the nearby Mattress Firm Store last night and selected our new mattress which will be delivered tomorrow. upon getting my mattress i love now it was disheartening that when asked multiple times if the entire layout of what i ordered would be what i got and instead i didnāt get that head board that was explicitly stated i would get being that nicholas stated i would be getting everything in the picture not just bed and frame. still love the mattress but had to redact the star and overall satisfaction .. i HATE when businesses lie to customers .. completely disheartening to have this...
