Town Center Park — Attraction in Wilsonville

City employees continue to take up many parking spots, despite having a new facility across town? A great many families bring the kids to play in the water on hot summer days, and the parking lot will get full fast. But you can park in the adjacent areas.Great park has swings for toddlers and a climbing structure for the kids. Also, in the summer, they allow kids to play in their fountain, which is very large and picnic tables. A good place to get walking exercise. We thoroughly enjoyed the Juneteenth celebration at Town Center Park last evening. There were a number of booths giving out gifts, like an illustrated book by Amanda Gorman! This was the most diverse gathering that I have ever seen in Wilsonville. We would love it if this annual celebration would grow over the coming years to include ethnic foods, live music, performances by spoken word artists, crafts, etc. Parking was a breeze. Super nice park, great for younger kids. It's easy to see the whole water feature and keep an eye on your kids. Plenty of shade to sit under, bathrooms are decent for a public park.

The park workers are super nice and brought out cones to block off a parking spot for my sister's wheelchair van since some idiot parked in the handicap lined space and she couldn't get out of her van.

Parking can get full, there are 2 little lots along the street but plenty of parking in the shopping center...
