D'n'A Art and Event Studio — Attraction in Windsor Locks

My experience with this business has been nothing short of a disappointment. Initially, I had planned to use their venue and decorations for my sister's baby shower. Unfortunately, due to my sister's health complications, we had to cancel the event abruptly, and she underwent an emergency c-section.

The owner's initial offer to redirect the funds spent on the shower towards another event seemed like a reasonable solution. However, as I proceeded to finalize arrangements, the owner insisted I sign a new contract, significantly reducing the balance I had anticipated for my upcoming event.

To make matters worse, the owner not only attempted to overcharge for basic services, but she also demonstrated a blatant disregard for fairness. She offered an item to the venue owner of my party for free, only to turn around and charge me for the same item, which already included in my venue rental.

As someone who understands that I cannot dictate how businesses operate, my first-time experience with this owner was far from positive. Despite the owner making over $1000, not a single service was completed, leaving us feeling like we essentially gave away our hard-earned money.

Even when the owner attempted to remedy the situation, she failed to keep her word and unilaterally changed our original agreement. As a result, I would strongly advise against working with this business. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize profit over integrity and customer...

I rented D’n’A Art and Even Studio this past weekend. Dede was professional, accommodating, and amazing. The studio was perfect. Everything we needed to have a successful party was available. I originally had an outside party planned but due to the weather, we needed to move the party indoors. I was lucky to have found this space last minute, but I was luckier to have rented from someone who went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. If you’re looking for a hall for any occasion, I recommend this studio. Girls day, paint night, graduation, weddings, etc. you’re truly in great hands. Again, thank you for accommodating us in such short notice. My daughter’s graduation party wouldn’t have been this successful...

I want to say thank you to D’n’A Art for the wonderful job they did decorating the venue for my vow renewal. The place looked beautiful. Dede went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She even threw in a few extra things to make it look amazing. The guest were impressed by all the decorations. You were easy going to work with. Thank you and your team for everything.
