Absolutely the worst place to order from. They are a RIP off and have also been forced to close multiple times and only changed the name every time to stay open. Same owners.

Now, every time I've called they over charge me for stuff for example, a side of ranch will be $1.00(smallest cup you can get), adding extra veggies to a salad is a charge each. (I've worked in 4 pizza shops and none of them do that.) But my biggest problem that made me stop ordering was when I asked for extra American cheese on my quesadilla, NO MOZZ CHEESE!!! Yes I did say you can charge me extra I dont mind. (We charge about $1.00 for extra cheese in a quesadilla were I work but we dont charge if someone only wants American, only the extra part.) The owner calls me back and tells me he is going to charge me $10!!!!!!! Yes you read that right. TEN DOLLARS EXTRA TO USE AMERICAN CHEESE IN THE QUESADILLA!!!!! I said you're charging me a whole separate $10 fee for using American cheese? He says, yes because we are using alot of our American cheese we have to charge you. I said you're charging me more than the quesadilla itself. He did not care he said well that's what we charge mamm'. Best believe I called him out and told him I work and have worked in a pizza shop for the past 5 years plus ordering other places and NO ONE does that b.s. He is an over charging, careless, greedy owner and the food isnt that good anymore since the old chefs left from the previous lawsuit of him not paying his employees. (Beforehand it was Chris's pizza and they got caught scamming employees for their paychecks which caused them to "close". They only got a new name and put it under another families name.) DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Go to Pizza Time, Village Pizza, Airways, or Pizza Rama. They are the only places that will be fair compared to this "gentleman". On an end note, yes I'm mad and yes I'm really mad lol but I dont want someone else being over charged for no reason. Its ridiculous. Good...

First time trying bradley pizza and very last! I ordered a cajun chicken salad. At first the mature lady behind counter that helped me out was very nice and pleasant. Once i went into my car and opened the salad i couldn't believe the small portion of chicken they gave me so i returned back to restaurant and they informed me that they weigh their chicken and i would have to pay extra for more. Portion was so small that they even accused me of eating some of the chicken before returning salad. Mind you the cost of salad was 13$. I tried to speak and find a solution but that's when her demeanor and attitude changed! She then called a male guy that came from the back and right away he became very argumentative and hostile telling me every pizza place gives the same amount of chicken. I told him he was wrong, walked away and threw salad in garbage and left because they were being hostile and trying to argue. I told them i would be leaving bad review and they said they don't care. If you're looking for small portions of chicken in your salad then this is an excellent place to order from. Update** Second picture is a grill chicken greek salad i bought the next day from Chris pizza brainard rd Hartford CT! See the difference and it's the same price!

Reply to owner** Why would i eat half the chicken out of the salad then try and return salad just for me to throw salad away in front of staff if i was trying to scam. Make it make sense. Whatever GOD you guys prays to knows the truth! Your establishment spreads the chicken over the salad to make it look like a bigger portion. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! We ordered an extra large pizza, just trying to do our part and support a local business during this crisis we're currently in. When we got it home, after paying over $30, it was paper thin and hard as a rock-my friend actually broke a tooth! There was hardly any toppings, definitely no extra cheese, and cost maybe $4 to make. What a TOTAL RIPOFF! You know how the customer is always right? Well, obviously where they are from they've never heard of that because when I called and said we were not happy with the pizza and couldn't eat it, and offered to bring it back for a refund, he said that's the only pizza they make(thin crust) said he would not give my money back, and hung up on me. The pictures on their website show nice thick crust pizza loaded with toppings...what a lie! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM...
