Subway — Restaurant in Windsor Locks

The worst subway experience I’ve ever had. First I ask for a sandwich that he tells me I don’t want because it would take him too long, then leaves half way into my sandwich to go eat some food and refill his drink then comes back and puts brown guacamole on my sandwich. Terrible. Subway has consistently gone downhill in quality whilst going up in price (quite considerably). Support your local mom and pop joints especially when the price points are almost identical. I threw away about half of my last subway foot long as the meat had chunks of god knows what in it (Gristle?) a vomit inducing experience even Alexy Navalny would pass on. When Carando supplied the meat it was good....

Manager was rude . Older lady making the toppings was sloppy and rude. Young lady handling the initial order should be promoted to manager. Only person with a sense of customer service. Manager Toasted my sandwich. Never asked for it toasted. Happy the younger lady made the sandwich.
