This review is for the costumer service at pick up online order, so rude her name is Jennifer, is in Woodbridge NJ store, she is so rude, she is not friendly, I think her bitterness takes her from her home to work, today November 25 I went to return 2 products online and one that I bought that same day, I prefer to go to Lord an Taylor and pay more because their sellers are friendly And they have a very good attitude with costumers. I ordered a Calvin Klein coat online, to pick up the store. On Saturday I went to Macy's to find some dresses and ponchos, and I found one of Vince Camuto that I wanted, which I had already bought to give it away, I remembered that I had to pick up an order, which I had done online, and I went to pick up with the order number that they sent me in the email, I approached order pick cashier, and the cashier named Jennifer, told me here you can only pick up, not pay for the products you have in your hand, and I said no problem, I just I come to pick up an order online, she was very derogatory and rude, people like that should not be working in a store of such good prestige as Macy's. She handed me the package, and I told her, if she could hold the clothes that I was going to buy in the store, even I put the box in the car, she said no, I can't keep the products for you, go and pay in another cashier.
