This review is for the costumer service at pick up online order, so rude her name is Jennifer, is in Woodbridge NJ store, she is so rude, she is not friendly, I think her bitterness takes her from her home to work, today November 25 I went to return 2 products online and one that I bought that same day, I prefer to go to Lord an Taylor and pay more because their sellers are friendly And they have a very good attitude with costumers. I ordered a Calvin Klein coat online, to pick up the store. On Saturday I went to Macy's to find some dresses and ponchos, and I found one of Vince Camuto that I wanted, which I had already bought to give it away, I remembered that I had to pick up an order, which I had done online, and I went to pick up with the order number that they sent me in the email, I approached order pick cashier, and the cashier named Jennifer, told me here you can only pick up, not pay for the products you have in your hand, and I said no problem, I just I come to pick up an order online, she was very derogatory and rude, people like that should not be working in a store of such good prestige as Macy's. She handed me the package, and I told her, if she could hold the clothes that I was going to buy in the store, even I put the box in the car, she said no, I can't keep the products for you, go and pay in another cashier. I had to load the pick up order box, and the clothes I was going to buy and go to pay. And today November 25, 2019, I preferred to return those products, because the attention of those people is very bad, they are not friendly at all, I prefer to buy something where the cashiers or associates are friendly, since I am paying for the products, they are not giving me anything I am buying it with my money and I think the costumers do not deserve such a...

Read moreThe store itself is nice. But this Macys has the most snobbiest and pushy staff ever. Those who work in the perfume department, Collectively altogether, their attitudes and mindsets are disgusting. Those women should keep an open mind and not stereotype people based on their outfits. — My partner and I were walking in and this lady showed us samples of perfumes sprayed on a piece of paper. She was handing it out but when she saw mine and his outfit, she pulled it back. I didn’t think much of it until I realized that she didn’t wanna offer or give us the sample handouts because she was looking at us up & down. Like Mrs. Lady, Just because we don’t dress in the standards you believe “rich people” dress doesn’t mean we can’t afford the products sold there.
Madam should be open minded that most people who financially have it tend to dress comfortably than cover themselves head to toe wearing the most uncomfortable outfits especially in a 95° weather😴 — The cashiers especially in the first floor department. (I understand it’s apart of their job but, I myself worked in retail too) when a customer says “No” and doesn’t want to sign up for a macys credit card. No means No. Don’t manipulate or legit force them to sign up🤷🏻♀️
Overall, Macys in this location— their customer service is so bad… They need to reevaluate who they hire. Especially if it’s people who are super snobby, rude, and judgmental. if you want sales (and it goes both ways) Respect your customers especially the ones you expect from the least. those are the ones that might drop $100+ But they won’t if you’re an...
